Angenehm, beste Hotelstruktur, nettes Personal (Rezeption und Restaurant)
Pros:

Sehr gute Infrastruktur, nettes Personal, wunderbarer Aufenthalt vor dem Hotel und feines Essen.

Cons:

Die Einzelzimmer haben nur ein schmales Bett (90cm) und es ist nicht möglich ein breiteres Bett (120 bis 140 x 200 cm)

Fijne locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros:

Ruime kamer met goede badkamer en een fijn balkon. Inchecken ging heel vlot en parkeren onder het hotel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en een heerlijk terras. Muralto is een leuk plaatsje en een visite waard.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Locarno, wir haben uns im Hoel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und schön präsentiert, wir haben das Frühstück jedesmal genossen.
Die Lage so nahe am See und doch nahe beim Bahnhof war sehr gut.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön Und modern und man hat gar nichts gehört von Zimmernachbarn.
Superschöne Aussicht vom Balkon.
Tolle Terrasse vor dem Restaurant.

Cons:

Im Restaurant habe ich eine Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten vermisst. Das ist meinerseits der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt.

Location, good noise isolation, possibility to get a bed topper free of charge, the views, sauna in the room and kitchenette. The room cleaning was great, very diligent with attention to detail.

Pros:

I really loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, with a stunning view from the balcony and a huge window that made the most of the surroundings. The shower was excellent, and the overall comfort of the room was outstanding.
The coffee machine in the room was a big plus, with plenty of capsules provided, as well as complimentary water. Parking was very easy and well organised behind the hotel, with lift access directly to reception and the rooms, which made everything very convenient.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture at the end of my stay when I was offered a small gift — a very nice touch.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that I had booked for one person and requested a double bed, but was given a room with two separate beds instead. This was also slightly confusing during check-in, as there seemed to be some misunderstanding about the booking.
Other than that, everything was excellent and I couldn’t really fault the hotel.

Magnifico
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, pulitissima, con una terrazza sul tetto con vista magnifica. La nostra camera era al primo piano. Stando seduti non si vede il lago, ma c'era davanti al balcone una zona verde che mi è piaciuta molto. Riparava dalla strada e faceva effetto giardinetto. La strada comunque non è trafficata, la mattina si sentivano gli uccelli cinguettare. Il personale è molto cortese e professionale. La zona è la migliore di Locarno.

Cons:

La connessione internet è un pò lenta.

I loved the service, the room and the lounge. Great loc for a business traveller
Pros:

Competent staff, great location, nice rooms and the lounge was great as well. Dinner at the external Restaurant belonging to the Hotel was also great. Will come back
