Als Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Durch ein Upgrade hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Und das war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung, die wir am Abend ausgiebig genutzt haben, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
Vorher waren wir noch in der Lounge und habe auf der Terrasse einen Cocktail genossen.

Ein Abschiedspräsent des Hotels war ebenfalls eine sehr nette Geste.

Die Hotelgarage hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Große Stellflächen sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Das WLAN war leider etwas instabil.

Tolle Lage,freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Kaffeemaschine ist super, aber leider den Kaffee aus dem Pappbecher zu trinken, finde ich schade für so ein komfortables Hotel.

Tolles Hotel sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr nettes äußerst kompetent und freundliches Personal. Toll eingerichtete Zimmer! Top Lage direkt am See und nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Plaza Grande. Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht waren, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Super Lage, freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Grosszügige schöne Zimmer .Frühstück Buffet sehr gut.

Nice place.
Pros:

Great location, new hotel, large room, great terrace for breakfast and drinks

Cons:

Our room was perfect for one disabled person. Not for a couple without disabilities. It had a tiny bathroom sink and no place to hang your towel near the wash sink. Also the room would be nicer if it had any pictures on the wall.
