من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها، ولن أكررها إطلاقًا. بدأ الانطباع السيئ من تسجيل الدخول، حيث كان الموظف يتعامل بتعقيد وفلسفة غير مبررة، وكل طلب يقابله بالرفض. رفض إعطاءنا سوى بطاقة دخول واحدة، وبعد نقاش طويل وافق على بطاقتين إضافيتين مع التهديد بفرض غرامة في حال فقدان أي بطاقة وعند تاخير عن وقت الخروج سيتم فرض غرامه قدرها 25٪ من قيمة الحجز واخذ تامين 1000,000 ربية كاش في حال فقدان أي بطاقة!!!

الشقة كانت معلنة على أنها ثلاث غرف نوم، لكنها كانت بعيدة جدًا عن التوقعات. رائحة المكان غير جيدة ، ولا توجد أبسط المستلزمات مثل المناديل أو مياه الشرب انما برادة ماء !!! . والأسوأ أن التكييف في جميع الغرف والصالة كان حارًا، مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة وعند الدخول كانت حاره جداً جداً والمكيفات صغيرة جداً( سبيلت) وليس مركزي وجميعها يحتاج لها صيانه وصغيره بالحجم

خدمة الفندق سيئة جدًا. طلبنا كواية ملابس، وكذلك عربة الأمتعة (الترولي) عند الدخول والخروج، وفي كل مرة يتم إبلاغنا بأنها في الطريق، لكننا انتظرنا قرابة نصف ساعة دون أن يحضر أحد، واضطررنا في النهاية إلى حمل جميع أمتعتنا بأنفسنا.

كما أن الموقع يعلن عن وجود خصم على خدمة التوصيل إلى المطار، لكن عند الاستفسار لم يكن هناك أي خصم، وهو أمر يعد تضليلًا للعميل.

إضافة إلى كل ذلك، إجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج بطيئة جدًا وتستغرق وقتًا غير مقبول.

باختصار، الخدمة سيئة، والنظافة دون المستوى، والمرافق غير مرضية، والإعلانات لا تطابق الواقع. لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه نهائيًا، وهناك خيارات أفضل بكثير بنفس السعر أو أقل

Wish they did gluten free food but if that’s all I can fault it’s pretty amazing.

Less amenities nearby. Room not well maintained. Aircon compressor too noisy. Breakfast not much variety.

- Room cleanliness was not great (marks on kitchen cupboard, lots of dust and debris on floor/skirting near entrance).
- Stingy with room utilities. Our 2 bedroom apartment has capacity for up to 4 adults yet the kitchen only had two glasses, two forks, two coffee capsules, two plates etc. There were no coffee mugs and they did not deliver even after I requested.
- Lack of choice for breakfast. Full and small dining room meant our family of four was split up at breakfast. Not on parr with other 5 star hotel restaurants.

Overall the service is lacking for a 5 star hotel and in my opinion not worth the money spent to stay here. I have never been before asked to sit separately from one of my children at any restaurant let alone a 5 star hotel. From 9am onwards the breakfast supply is low and is either not refilled or refilled extremely slowly. Restaurant and front desk told us different rates for child breakfast. Nothing is within walking distance.
