Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and attentive, especially Mohin, Govind and the very best Ratnesh
The food was excellent and the rooms were clean.

Pros:

Nice location, lovely rooms which were cozy and clean. Toilets and shower area were clean too.

Very comfy room with good ac and clean bath very helpful staff , we even got to watch the FIFA .

Expensive but decent stay. Could be better.
Pros:

Decent hotel - with a really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are tiny but clean. Staff is okay as well, had some rude interactions but overall friendly. Airport taxi was quoted at Rs. 1,500 (Uber is cheaper). Given its Mumbai, its a decent option but also on the expensive side.

Cons:

Small rooms, room service not up to par (dirty dishes lay around), had to call reception for cleaning service and told they were prioritizing check out rooms.
