Pros:

For me though the surface of the mattress was ok, I found it hard for comfort. I normally have no trouble with other hotel mattresses.
The building certainly in not soundproof at all. But the other guests were conscientiously quiet

Clean & cozy, but not a hotel
Pros:

Nautical Nest was super cozy and very clean—the minimum that one needs for a decent stay. Good location if you want to be off of Warren Street.

Cons:

However, calling it a hotel is a stretch. It's more like renting a room in a house, but we couldn't contact the host (unresponsive to messages), and the snacks for guests featured some moldy fruit. Given the house's age, the noise was constant and bothersome, and sound from outside easily traveled in. We stayed in winter, while the area was generally quiet. I can't imagine what summer would be like.

Cons:

The building is renovated but old so the floor creak with every step and the walls are so thin you can hear everything especially since the next door was right in front. No real kitchen, just a tiny shared sink and mini shared fridge. Nothing in the room

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Easy check-in!! Super convenient to shopping and dining, all walkable. Steep, narrow steps to get upstairs if your room is up there. Wasn’t an issue for us at all, but something to consider if you have any mobility issues at all. Very clean and quaint!!

Cons:

Could hear street noise pretty easy with the church bells waking us up at 6A, but overall, would stay again!
