Not worth the money
Pros:

Location wise for the Bath & west showground this hotel is ideal however that is about where the positivity ends!

Cons:

Arrived early in the hope of checking in before going to the showground to set up. There is NO clear signs to say when they open so waited about an hour and tried 3 times to get to the screen to log my parking. This is located in the bar which is locked when no one is in. Have ended up with a £60 fine even though I did stay at the hotel and my appeal has been denied so a further expense! The hotel needs to make opening times clearer and that you will be charged if you park for even a few minutes without being able to sign in on the ipad!
Room needed a good tidy up in terms of decor
Hallway had an odd smell about it
No food served so you have to go elsewhere or walk to the next pub along the main road
Towels hung above the toilet???

Great stay
Pros:

the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff member we met was friendly and it wasn’t too far from where we were attending the event

Cons:

There is no staff until in the afternoon for check in, which wasn’t too much of a problem had we not arrived too early, we had to wait a while on the parking lot. There is no food served in the property, but they have a sister property next door where you can have food. The property is very close to main road and when windows are open it can be a little noisy with all the cars passing by.

Pros:

Terrible nights sleep - could feel the springs through our mattress.

Location close to wells - that is one of the only positives

Tv didn’t work in first room so we were moved to a family room “Tor” room ok and bigger than first room.

Cons:

Overall not a good experience

Room too warm despite a fan in there

Awful mattress

No breakfast on site.

Small room. Uncomfortable bed. Dripping noise and buzzing noise kept me awake all night. Not great

In the end we decided not to stay there and were given a refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It was dated. It lacked any atmosphere especially in the bar area, and although it had recently been redecorated the carpets were grubby and marked. There was no food available you had to go to their sister pub next door which was rammed and they were no longer taking food orders.
