Pool and breakfast
One of the female front disk assistant was mocking me which i felt disrespectful.
Feels pleasure, good staff with clean rooms, beds and excellent breakfast.
Approach was not good
It was extremely clean and a great place to stay, and good service as well. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

It is abit far from Genting Highland if you need to go to the theme parks.

Hotel was great. Food was good. Service was great. Kids love the place cause it's not too cold for them to take a plunge in the pool. Facility was well taken care.
Nothing to do with the hotel. It was tip top. The road that leads to the hotel has constructions left & right. So watch out for very deep potholes. Despite it to be a bit far off front the main road. It was pretty safe as there were many residential around there.
