Alles war perfekt: sauber, bequem und sehr zentral gelegen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Herr André Silva. Auch die Reinigungskräfte und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren großartig.

Jeden Tag gab es frisches Obst, gefiltertes Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee kostenlos. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Die U-Bahn ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, außerdem gibt es viele Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der Nähe. Man kann zum Beispiel nach Almada in nur 20 Minuten mit dem Bus 753 fahren, die Haltestelle ist direkt gegenüber dem Hotel, der Preis beträgt 2,30 €.
