Cons:

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, when we chose this hotel, it was stated that parking was available. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel parking was full and that we should check again in two days.

As a result, we had to park our car in a paid public parking lot that was not close to the hotel. After two days, we checked with the hotel again, but unfortunately, there was still no parking space available.

We expected some form of compensation or at least an effort from the hotel to address the inconvenience caused by the parking situation, but unfortunately, none of the staff made any real effort to resolve the issue or offer any compensation.
