Pros:

Sehr gut durchdacht und zweckmäßig errichtet. Garage, Gästecard und Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, top.

Cons:

Eine vollwertige Tür zum Bad/Wc wäre fein. Die 3er Steckdosen sind gut gedacht, liegen aber zu eng zusammen.

Hi tornarem, creuant els dits perquè ens toquin les habitacions de la part de darrere!
Pros:

La localització és molt bona. Hi ha una parada de bus que amb 20 minuts et porta al centre de Lucerna sense necessitat de fer cap canvi. També hi ha l'estació de tren a prop. A més d'això, a pocs minuts, hi ha una platja de pagament on banyar-se que està molt bé, una pista d'atletisme per si es vol anar a fer esport, i un recorregut per passejar a prop del llac, entre canyes i vegetació de ribera, molt bonica. El centre del poble de Horw també està a pocs minuts a peu i allà s'hi pot trobar de tot (el supermercat, restaurants, forns de pa...). El Pilatus es veu perfectament des de sota l'hotel!
Les habitacions estan bé, especialment si et donen a la part de darrere. A nosaltres, uns coneguts que hi havien anat ens havien alertat que feia molta calor a l'estiu en aquest hotel. La veritat és que nosaltres no podem dir el mateix perquè ens ha tocat una habitació que dona a la part del darrere de l'edifici, on el sol només toca a la tarda, així que és ideal per a l'estiu. No estan climatitzades, però hi ha un ventilador i obrint la finestra a la nit passa molt airet fresc, fins i tot a mig juliol.
La cuina de l'habitació està ben equipada i el bany és molt correcte. Petit, però amb el necessari.
L'hotel compta amb zones comunes, com ara una sala on hi ha taules i unes màquines on es poden comprar alguns productes comestibles. També hi ha una petita llibreria i zona per a nens.

Cons:

La nostra habitació donava al darrere de l'hotel i, per a la llum del sol i la calor, ens ha anat molt bé. Però de dia hi ha algunes màquines treballant, movent terres, carregant camions... A la meva filla petita li ha semblat molt interessant, però era una mica sorollós. No ens ha molestat en excés perquè de dia hem estat fora de l'hotel, però està bé tenir-ho en compte per si algú té previst estar-hi més hores a dins, o necessita passar estones diürnes a l'habitació. Tanmateix, es pot fer servir la sala comuna, que està molt bé.
Una altra cosa que no m'ha agradat gaire és que el check in i les claus de l'hotel vagin amb una app de mòbil. Arribes i no tens contacte amb cap persona, no hi ha una recepció on t'ajudin amb res i has d'anar intuint com van les coses per tu sola. A nosaltres ens va ajudar un altre hoste de l'hotel a qui li vam demanar ajuda per trobar la nostra habitació i per saber com funcionava l'aparcament de l'hotel que, per cert, cal pagar a part de l'hotel. No va inclòs amb l'habitació. I si no tens francs, també has de pagar amb una altra app. Sembla que a Suïssa s'han modernitzat molt en aquest sentit. Per una part està bé poder fer servir el mòbil per gestionar-ho tot, però d'altra banda, si no tens dades mòbils o simplement se t'acaba la bateria, pots quedar una mica fotuda.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon in ruhiger Lage 20 min von Luzerner Innenstadt entfernt.
Räume waren groß genug. Leintücher zum Wechseln waren bereitgestellt.
Self Check In und Out hat alles super funktioniert.

Oke. Gelukkig maar 1 nachtje
Pros:

Schoon. Netjes. Van alles voorzien. Vlak naast de snelweg. Rustig gelegen. Winkels en eten om de hoek.

Cons:

Massa ophok doorreis hotel. Sfeerloos . Zonder enkel menselijk contact. Extreem praktisch.

It was fine, not great. I did really appreciate how many beds there were.
Pros:

It was an easy bus ride to where we were going, and there was last minute availability.

Cons:

It seemed a little overpriced. The walls were very dirty in our room. It was extremely confusing to self check in for me - I think because I didn’t receive the email they referenced to me over the phone when I finally called. The washroom ate our money. We spent $15 Frank’s on a load. Yikes. It was fine, not great.
