Very close to the bus station where one direct bus no 20 would take us to the central lucern area.

Espacio, limpieza, instalaciones en general, la vista estuvo bien. Atención a pesar de ser en linea pendiente desde un principio

No hay personal humano, no tuve agua caliente el segundo dia y al solicitar ayuda no me respondieron si no hasya retirarme.

Pros:

Komfort und Ausstattung. ÖPNV perfekt.

Cons:

Kissen sehr weich und bilden sich zum Klumpen. Automatisches Licht im Bad eher unvorteilhaft. Niedrige privatsphäre im Bad (offene Tür) wegen Geräusche und Gerüchen :-(

Pros:

Bei unserer Lampe im Badezimmer war der Bewegungsmelder kaputt. Dies haben wir reklamiert und die Lampe wurde ausgetauscht.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind leider schon extrem durchgelegen. Dies war nun schon das 2. Mal so.. Man liegt in einer richtigen Mulde und kann sich kaum umdrehen und hat Rückenschmerzen. Wir haben dies beim jetzigen Aufenthalt bei der Zentrale und auch bei den Reinigungsdamen reklamiert, die Matratzen wurden jedoch nicht ausgetauscht. Dadurch haben wir vier Nächte schlecht und wenig geschlafen.
