No iron.
Check in time was stated in communications as 1500 but room not available unit after 1600.
Safe didn’t work.

화장실이 4명이 지내기는 협소하지만 이미 알고 있어서 괜찮았습니다

No aircon or fan.

The room is too smelly like curry or some spice. The filter in the hood is not clean I guess. Bed has no topper, just a hard box of mattress, no bed linen. Very uncomfortable and toilet is worse, no fixed door, no lock, the light is turned off by itself when there is no movement and just standing brushing your teeth, the light will be off 2 times, like when you shower too., very annoying. Not worth for money at all. Told the host about the smell but no one has shown up to help. Never again.

We stayed as a group of five people. Overall, our stay was good, but we were not happy with the toilet door design. When someone used the toilet during the night, the light and noise easily disturbed the rest of the group and woke everyone up. We hope this can be improved in the future.

It is summer and hot in our room at first. The check out time was too early. No adapter for power outlets.

One lift for all guests & staff insufficient
Had long wait for lift sometimes
Also not fair on staff who also have to wait for lift

No glasses or chopping board in our apartment

Nem sikerült bejutni a szálodába .Szerencsére egy ott dolgozó többszöri telefonos egyeztetés után plasztik kártyával tette lehetóvé a bejutásunkat ! A balkon használhatatlan volt délután az erős napsütés miatt , nagyon hiányoltunk egy napernyöt !

Quite small, washroom has no fixed door and is next to kitchen. No air conditioning.

Beds were not that comfortable.

Self checkin and checkout might be an issue for some.

We stayed for 4 nights at Anstatthotel Horw with our family, including a toddler, and while the room itself was clean, there were a few aspects of our stay that left us genuinely caught off guard.

Arriving late at night after a 14-hour flight, the last thing you want is a parking situation that only accepts coins or a pre-loaded app with a minimum deposit requirement. It would go a long way if this critical detail were clearly communicated upfront during booking - especially for international travellers arriving exhausted with young children.

For a 4-night stay, we assumed basic housekeeping - fresh sheets, towel replacements - would be included as standard. We were surprised to learn that cleaning services are only included for stays of 7 nights or more, and anything additional comes at an extra cost. This is quite different from what travellers from North America would typically expect, and better transparency at booking would help manage expectations.

The bathroom had no lock or latch - a basic requirement regardless of who you're travelling with. It's a small fix that would make a meaningful difference to guest comfort and privacy.

Finally, cooking is strongly discouraged (a note above the cook top) due to a highly sensitive fire alarm that can trigger even from steam - with guests liable for fire brigade call-out costs. Families travelling with toddlers who are counting on preparing simple meals should be aware of this limitation before booking.

The location is convenient and the space is clean, but we'd encourage the hosts to revisit these points to better serve families and long-stay guests.
