Bij aankomst bleek onze kamer een lekkage te hebben waardoor wij naar een ander hotel op 50 meter werden gebracht. Met een aanbod van de spa gebruik te maken. Absoluut service en heel vriendelijke medewerkers.

APARTAMENTO AGRADABLE Y CONFORTABLE ESTANCIA EN PLAZA JENNA EL FNA, insuperable
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, ya que esta justo en la Plaza más importante de la Medina donde emergen los zocos a su alrededor, y siempre esta llena de gente. El apartamento es amplio, de techos altos y muy bien decorado y limpio, las camas cómodas, la limpieza excepcional. Y tienes restaurante justo debajo.
La vigilancia en la puerta es continua y la recepción está toda la noche atendida. Hazam, el recepcionista te ayuda en todo momento, en transportes, necesidades básicas, información, tarjetas de embarque, es super atento, un diez para él. No encantó, volvemos seguro. Contrata el transporte que por veinte euros te recogen y te acompañan hasta la misma puerta. totalmente recomendable. Nos ponían botellitas de agua todos los días, magnifico detalle.

Really good stay
Pros:

I had such a good stay here, I couldn't fault anything, clean room, right on jemaa el fna, and a quiet room considering the madness outside, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything you needed.

Mejor costo-calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. En toda la plaza principal. Fácil encontrar, y de entrar y salir.

Cons:

Pese que la ventana sea anti-ruido, el ruido de la plaza se escucha hasta las 2AM.
La única habitación que no es apartamento, no posee mesa / silla para trabajar.

We stayed at the BnB Medina in Marrakesh. In a nice apartment with a beautiful view on the square “Jamaa el fna”. From the beginning all the employees (receptionists, housekeepers, women of the Hamam, waiters of the restaurant) were friendly and interested in our way of spending our holiday. Especially Hamza gave us a lot of practical information and he knows a lot about the town. He gave us a worthfull experience . In the restaurant next to the BnB we had a tastefull breakfast. All these aspects have completed our stay in Marakesh and made us feel at home..

Cons:

Kies een appartement met uitzicht op het plein, deze hebben meer licht dan het achterliggende appartement. Badkamer en keuken zijn enigszins gedateerd, maar daar hebben wij weinig last van geahd.
