Unfortunately our stay was not so nice. When we entered the room it already smelled like it was freshly painted inside. Omn top it was not really cleaned with many hairs on the floor and some on the bed and furniture which you could not miss. In general the furniture was old and the room was not in good condition with many area fixed or repainted. We also had a bad experience in the dining area. We had a tea there but people were smoking so much in the room that everywhere the smoke just hang and our cloth stank

Good service. Friendly staff. Polite and kind. especially salsa from the fromdt desk as well as fast respond to customer request.

The staff Cahya purnama really helpful and we love the food in this cafe. The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was a treat! I especially loved the vegetables; the sayur selada was a delightful surprise and something totally new for me. The rice was bursting with flavor and complemented the rest of the dish perfectly — such a wonderful combination overall. Big thumbs up to the waiter too! He served everything with a warm smile and made sure the presentation was spot on. Great food, great service — what more could you ask for?

Not sure how this hotel shows a 4.7 rating when it is clean, but that was about it. Location was okay but nothing really around it. Staff were nice but rooms were just okay...beds kinda hard and towels sad. Breakfast was okay but not the best. Would not stay here again

The hotel was ok. It was functional and had all the expected amenities and there was an outdoor pool. The room was comfortable too. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but there was plenty of choice at breakfast. It was easy to walk to some of the interesting places to see and also easy to get a Grab taxi to see some of the more distant places of interest.

I stayed one night in a Studio 50 room and found the room and bathroom spacious. The bedroom and bathroom are brightly lit, clean, and fragrant, making it comfortable to open a laptop in the room and not spooky. Both hot and cold shower water flowed freely. Likewise, the air conditioner runs well and is cold. There is a 32-inch smart TV with various entertainment channels such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.

The check-in process was very smooth, and I got help from the receptionist, Kak Amel, so I could enter the room almost 2 hours earlier to rest. Thank you so much, Amel.

The hotel's location is very strategic and close to Bandung train station. Around the hotel, there are several snack and souvenir centers within walking distance. The hotel staff service was very helpful and friendly, from security, the receptionist, and even the technician who helped me with the TV remote problem.

However, some things need attention, such as the walls and doors that are not soundproof, so you can still hear the sound from the next room or from the hallway. Likewise, the TV remote and hot water kettle are worn out and must be replaced.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Bandung Station, making it very convenient for accessing public transportation like trains and the Whoosh high-speed rail.

Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi was impressive throughout my stay. The speed was very good, and I had no connectivity issues, which is a big plus for any traveler.

Dining Options

The hotel has a restaurant in the lobby, and there’s also a café just outside, giving guests multiple options for meals and snacks.

Nearby Attractions

One of the highlights is Kartika Sari, which is within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a perfect spot to buy souvenirs or gifts during your trip.

Room Experience

I stayed in a room with a pool view and a stunning cityscape in the background, which I absolutely loved. The bed and room are comfortable and suitable for couples, making it a cozy space to relax.

Areas for Improvement

However, there were some issues with my stay. The bathroom in room 404 had an unpleasant smell that needs urgent attention for a more enjoyable experience. Additionally, the bathtub looked old and not well-maintained, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the overall stay.

Value for Money

The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its location and amenities. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom need improvement to match the quality of the rest of the property.

Overall Impression

I might consider staying at Vue Palace Hotel again in the future, but I’d also explore nearby hotels for a potentially better experience. This hotel has great potential, and with some improvements, it could become an excellent choice for travelers visiting Bandung.

Very good welcoming from this hotel. I got this cute mirroring art from Amel & team. The breakfast was goooooood. They have valet service at lobby area free of charge. The roommmm is very comfortable & clean also. It’s very very touchy. Thanks from the bottom of my heart🖤🖤🖤🖤
