Disappointing and very different from our experiences over the past two years.
Pros:

So far, we mainly like the location, as it’s very close to the town area and convenient for getting around.

Cons:

Actually, we did not stay in the room after seeing the environment and facilities, and we decided to find another place instead. We also forgot to take photos, but the room was quite different from the listing. The mirror was discoloured, and the sofa appeared to be simply covered with a cloth. My friend felt itchy after sitting on the sofa and bed.

The parking area was not ideal. While we are not overly sensitive, my friend felt uncomfortable in the car park. The owner/agent was also unusual in their communication. The agent only provided directions at 3 pm despite multiple follow-ups, making it difficult for guests travelling from another state to plan, as it felt like they were preventing us from arriving earlier. After several requests, they still insisted we had to wait until 3 pm for full details and only shared alternative parking information. Since we had two cars but only one parking slot, the second car had to park elsewhere. Full information was finally provided at 2:44 pm, while we were already waiting by the roadside. This was very unfriendly for guests who need to plan their route.

There was also no clear guidance on how to access the property. The instructions only stated:
“You will need your card to navigate around Robertson. The lift needs to be scanned with your card to be used. Put your card on the card sensors to unlock certain doors.”
This meant we had to try multiple doors ourselves, almost like being in an escape room.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and very different from our previous stays. The agent also requested perfect ratings, which we were unable to provide.

An exceptional 10-star stay with a spotless, comfortable room, excellent facilities, great location.
