Pros:

近くの飲食店の情報等、質問に対し迅速に対応いただけた。部屋もきれいで、隣の部屋の声等も聞こえることなく快適に過ごせました。秋に泊まった時よりも料金が安くてありがたかったです。

Cons:

部屋に入った時から、シャワーが少しずつ出ている状況だった。シャワーかけに掛けておくと水の音が気になる状況だったため、洗面所に夜間は置かざるを得なかった。

Good hotel. Elevator did not work first day causing some issues.
Pros:

Staff behaviour was good

Cons:

The first day, the elevator was not working. We had to go 5 Floors by stairs. Also because the doors of the stairs were kept open, the bad smell from smoking floor came into the stairs. We have problem with scents of smokers. THis was a big issues. Because the microwave is only at the 1st Floor, we had to come to the 1F by stairs to heat up our foods.

お部屋が広い。ｽﾌﾟｰﾝを貸してほしいとお願いしたら、理由を聞かずにすぐに持って来てくれました。駐車場の格安なところを教えてくれました。ありがたかったです。

Cons:

好みはそれぞれですが、建物の老朽化があるみたいです。でも宿泊料金は良心的でした。

宿泊費が安価で良いホテルだと思います。
Pros:

受付の方には親切・丁寧に対応して頂きました。
また、喫煙可能な部屋を選択したのですが、室内には空気清浄機が置いてあったので、快適でした。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯を出す際、お湯と水の量を各々調整する必要がある方式だったので、温度設定出来る方式に換えて頂ければ更に快適になると思います。

駅に近い、スタッフの対応が良い

Cons:

喫煙室なので仕方ないですが、少しだけタバコの臭いがします。ですが空気清浄機が部屋にあるので、それを使えば問題ないです
