Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e pronto a prevenire addirittura le nostre richieste. Posizione molto vicina al Palazzo reale e alle attrazioni del centro. Ottimo servizio in camera. Non abbiamo testato la collaborazione. Piscina piccola, ma carina.

Cons:

Solo un po’ di polvere dal condizionatore.

Légère odeur de moisi , renfermé dans 1 des 2 chambres réservé et bcp de travaux autour de l'hôtel en ce moment .

Geweldig verblijf gehad zonder zorgen
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en zeer comfortabel. De locatie was dichtbij het oude centrum en alle tempels, perfect dus! Het personeel is supervriendelijk, ze behandelen je als een koning.

Cons:

Douche werd altijd heet tot ijskoud tot heet, wat een beetje irritant was.

Friendly and helpful hotel away from the busy spots but close to cultural sight seeing.
Pros:

Good hotel in Bangkok for one night, location is a little boring but was suitable for my two grown up teenagers.

Cons:

In some places the cleaning personal seems to be blind or has a lack of smell.

Beyond my expectations
Pros:

Amazing!
The room with the king size bed and the bathtub was absolutely perfect.

What inspired me to write this review was there endless complimentary breakfast the following morning. I could have sat there and continued ordering bacon the entire morning 😋; but with so many options to choose from I had a blast trying everything they had to offer.

Everything ! Great staff, very charming and well designed hotel in the old town, close to everything. Metro 5 min by walk. The pool is nice and very clean, the room is super comfortable with all facilities, very quiet. Good breakfast, dinner too if you're lazy to go outside. I recommend if you want to stay in a different way.

Definitely will be returning!

Having walked by this hotel many times in the past few years I was intrigued and finally booked a two night stay - hoping to relax after a long flight - bu my flight was cancelled delaying my arrival by a day. I emailed the hotel and they were quick to respond. So unfortunately I only was able to experience literally 12 hours here which means I'll just have to return in the future! However in my 12 hours I was able to confirm good communication, a quiet, clean and elegant room, a somewhat confusing but tasty breakfast where you can order many things off a set menu for a fixed price or pay a little more to have unlimited offerings of the same menu. The non buffet option was way more food than I needed. The pool was also refreshing though right next to the dining area so if you don't like being watched by swimmers, you may not appreciate the pool as much. The room was quiet and for the few hours I was there I rested well. Staff were helpful and attentive. After checking out, I was able to hang out in the lobby/coffeeshop area inside until I was ready to leave. Overall great quality and price!
