Quiet and near places I am interested in.
Staff access room while I was inside bringing a Towel I did not requested for.
Cafe drink prices on the high side.
The location is ideal for exploring Bangkok. So close to walk to all the big sites on the river, China town less than a 20 minute walk, plus several beautiful temples as impressive, and much quieter than the main tourist attractions, all within a 5 minute walk. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent and we enjoyed having the use of the pool after a day’s sightseeing.

Quite close to the historic “sightseeing” areas, although we still needed to take a grab (taxi) to get anywhere. Nice breakfasts!
The staff had limited level of English so it was very difficult to get suggestions or advice on local attractions.
Un petit oasis de paix dans Bangkok. Tout était parfait, nous avons eu un surclassement en chambre. Très calme, belle piscine, et équipe aux petits soins ! Bien situé dans la ville pour accéder aux temples de la vieille ville. Je recommande vivement.

The property is not too big and well located. Staff is very welcoming and making their best to ensure you have a pleasant stay. As a coffee-lover, i must say that the provision, in the room, of a filter coffee machine is really great and adds a special touch. Great to have Thai breakfast options as well.
While advertised as 5* hotel, I would rather rate it as a good 4* hotel. Some finitions have to be improved to make it 5*. For example, cleanliness of shower, quality of furniture, size and amenities around the pool, etc. Really nothing serious here, but these slight details is what, in my view, makes it as a good 4* hotel
The property and room was beautiful. High luxury hotel. They made our honeymoon visit to Bangkok very special with an upgraded room and cake.

The hotel itself was fine and the room was clean. But what was really special about the hotel was the staff who were simply amazing, they helped us with everything and made our stay at the hotel particularly pleasant.
