Quiet, comfortable with good facilities.
Pros:

Rooms are huge with a balcony. Really comfortable bed. Despite being practically on the airport runway and road frontage it was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely communal kitchen and lounge with an excellent coffee machine.

Fabulous and comfortable stay at Seabird, highly recommend.
Pros:

Staff were so accommodating and super friendly. Beds were very comfy!

Cons:

Bathroom just needs a small stool or drawer to place your belongings on but otherwise all good!

Pleasant clean room, lovely location but not great value.
Pros:

Lovely outlook opposite the river. Quiet location. Very clean large room and large bathroom with amenities. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage.

Cons:

The room was literally across the hall from a light aircraft hangar. At 6am on Sunday morning we were awoken to movement in the hall, footsteps above us and in the adjacent room. We didn't see any staff and access was via a locked box. You can't walk to anywhere to eat. A little tricky to find- the front sign probably could use repainting and maybe have signage on the wall on approach as the building is industrial. It was a comfortable and clean room, but for $300 per night, pretty basic.

Pros:

Very big room, clean and modern, easy check-in process with clear, friendly instructions

Cons:

The sound travelled far too easy between rooms, or when people walked up the stairs. The balcony only has wooden slat dividers too so not much privacy- if your blinds aren't drawn, the neighbours can look into your room

For the same price of an apartment with laundry and kitchen in room it was not value for money.
Pros:

The room was large with a nice balcony with views over river. However, bathroom towels were small and old. There was no shelving or space on vanity for two peoples toothbrushes or other items like make-up, or any other bathroom necessaries.

Cons:

Shared kitchen was not clean Dishcloth old and smelly, microwave crumbs inside, saucepans terrible, peeling Teflon and scratched. Fridge also had old jam (mouldy) , promite and other old food on shelves.
No real idea of what to use or who owned the food there. Half a bottle of wine in door. Freezer had old frozen food in it.
