Comfortable in a detached room in a lovely garden
Pros:

The property itself was charming. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It seemed a little “worn”. Rusty shelving in bathroom, paint peeling from Gazebo over patio. Fake moss above headboard very dusty. Fortunately, we don’t have allergies.

Szuper szállás, ajánlom mindenkinek.
Pros:

Gyönyörű kert, olajfaligettel. Szép szoba. Isteni étterem, javasolom kipróbálni.

Cons:

Nem volt fűtött az udvari medence. Szobaárhoz képest irreálisan magas díjon a jacuzzi.

Don’t go for location or breakfast. Isolated off season !
Pros:

Italians have a very different take on breakfast to The UK! For me the breakfast was a shocker… and stayed that way every day. Very little on offer apart really from cake….. a lot of cake. If you like cake then it’s perfect!

Cons:

Location… obviously that’s not an option to change. But we should have been mage aware you are unable to walk to Polignano a Mare as it’s too dangerous due to the major road. Had to rely on the car which we hadn’t wanted to. Was ok as parking was easy… in March. Having been there in September, parking is nigh on impossible! Restaurant on site was good though but a solitary affair …. Just us and one other couple in a large space. The host was lovely though and food great

Petit déjeuner très bien, beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Déception pour la baignoire spa...inutilisable vraiment par rapport à l'eau, à peine tiède...Le temps de remplissage fait que quand la baignoire est pleine...l'eau est froide!!! Le bidet ètait aussi inutilisable, la "bonde " ne fonctionnait pas, je l'ai signalé immédiatement et rien n'a été fait sur les 3 nuits passées sur place. Déception, vraiment car le site est exceptionnel!. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

Ok, mais je trouvais que les fruits frais n'étaient pas toujours du jour.

Cons:

Je n'est pas apprécié la ch 27, je l'ai réservé sans savoir que c'était une chambre avec une annexe, dont je n'avais pas besoin du tout. Je me sentais enfermer dans la chambre parce qu'il y avait pas de fenêtre à ouvrir.
Dans la salle de bain le store était cassé...
Apparemment il y avait pas d'autres chambres disponibles.

cold water event in winter

Bed was ok it was quiet and breakfast service was good

Cons:

We stood 2 nights end of December. No warm water at day one at day 2 in the morning till ca 10:30 water was shut down for repairs and in addition not even cold tap water in the bathroom of room 32 worked. upon departure day after water was lukewarm at best again so even though repairs have been done. It was end of December so no proper hygiene was possible. Even though those things can happen I would have expected any kind of support communication or compensation from the hotel not being able to provide even the most basic of amenities, in our case warm water. No response whatsoever from management to my email leads me to this rating.
