Microwave door not releasing, door seems jammed, hot tea trapped inside!
Had to dress back up to report to front desk and was kindly offered hot water in the lobby for evening tea.

Good property but watch your charges on your card.
Pros:

Facilities were great and clean. Staff was good.

Cons:

I was charged twice for my stay with no remedy. I was charged full price when I booked it which is what I prefer. But then I get there and they charge over full price again at the property. Was told it would fall off the card when I checked out. It didnt.
