It's basically great for a day or two.

Uncomplicated, we had everything we needed.

Cons:

I booked a room with mountain views. When we arrived the room was small and no view (couldn't see any mountains anywhere), and we were offered the opportunity to buy an upgrade which I thought strange. Ended up in a nicer room which cost more.

A rather sad, unwelcoming place with no idea of how to make weary travellers warm and welcome.

Cons:

The bedroom was very cold. Even a second heater didn't warm it up much. Same for the so-called restaurant. The food was below average. Breakfast was just awful; everything came in a packet, the bread was stale, no cooked food, not even an egg (despite being woken at six by the crowing of at least one cock) and the toaster didn't toast.
