방음이 너무안됐어요..생각보다 엄청좁아서 캐리어 펼칠 공간조차 없었어요..
1층 공간을 이용할수있어서 좋았구요 무료조식도 괜찮았어요.. 가격만 더..다운된다면 다음에도 이용할의사는있어요..

혼자 여행이었는데 최고의 선택이었습니다.
깨끗하고 실내 온도조절이 용이함, 주변 관광지와 편의시설에 접근성 우수함, 조식제공(이용하진 않았지만 ^^), 매력적인 숙박료, 그리고 직원분들의 친절함까지 모두 대만족이었습니다.
속초여행시 강력추천!

아들과 둘이 여행왔는데, 접근성 좋은 위치, 방의 청결함, 시설, 친절함과 서비스까지 모두 좋았습니다. 방이 좀 작은 것 빼고는 다 좋았네요.

특히 1층 라운지의 바에서 먹는 4천원짜리 라면, 1만원에 기본안주+무제한 막걸리+외부음식 알아서 사다가 먹어도 되는 시스템(바로 옆에 세븐일레븐 편의점)이 아주 좋았고요.

다음에 속초 여행가도 또 갈 것 같아요. 잘 놀다 갑니다.

새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 직원들도 엄청 친절. 주변에 식당 및 카페가 많아 지내기는 편리했다. 하지만 다른 후기도 찾아볼 수 있듯이 방음이 너무 안된다. 옆방에서 무슨 얘길 하는지 다 들린다. 신나게 놀고 푹 자야 하는 새벽시간에 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 어려웠다.
주차문제..기계식 주차외엔 그냥 아무데나 세워둬야 했던게 아쉬움. 별도의 주차장이 있긴 했지만 좁고 꽉 차서 세울 수도 없었다. 호텔 앞 길가에 주차할 수 밖에 없었다

Location is very good, you can walk to Sokcho Express Bus Terminal and Sokcho beach. The female staff that helped us check in can also speak some English, which was helpful. Staff are generally friendly.

The only downside of the stay - past midnight on our first night, our toilet begun to be filled with a strong stench of second hand cigarette smoke, which spread to the room too. We called the front desk and they responded that they would fix it. After some time, the stench still remained and we did not get updates, so we went down to request if we could move into another room. However, as it was late at night, the only solution the staff on duty presented us was a bottle of Febreze to combat the bad smell.

I understand that the hotel being fully booked would render it impossible for us to have our room switched, and we also appreciated the help the staff tried to give us. This case probably got surfaced to the management, because the next day another staff apologised, checked in with us about the situation of the room and offered a change of room if we were still uncomfortable. When we checked out, the staff on duty also directed us to free beverages and ramyeon. The staff were genuinely apologetic and tried to make our remaining comfortable.

In the future, please enforce the no-smoking rule strictly so that other guests don't go through this. Do also give your guests updates when a staff is trying to fix the problem so that guests aren't left waiting aimlessly.

항시 인포에 친절한직원분이

방사이즈가 생각보다 좁았지만 그래도 시설 깔끔하고
직원분들이 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 너무 대만족 했습니다 ㅎㅎ

시트에 모래인지 과자부스럭인지 청소상태가 미흡했고 옆방과의 방음이 전혀 되지 않음. 옆방 대화소리가 생생하게 들림

깔끔하고 친절한 서비스 감사합니다. 생각보다 방은 좁았어요.

먼지가 많이 있었고 욕실의 욕실화에 물을 잔뜩머금고 있어서 양말 젖음.ㅠㅠ 아무리 2명이라지만 공간이 너무 협소하다. 침대도 너무 높고 허리가 아프다.
호텔이라고 하기엔 안맞는 것 같다.

사진과는 달리 실내가 너무나 좁아서 잠자는것 말고는 아무것도 할수 없었고 분명히 오션뷰라고 해서 예약을 했는데 바다는 구경도 할수없는 위치에 있었습니다. 대 실망! 속았다는 알 밖에는 할말이 없네요
