The Bell Airport Phuket Hotel

This hotel is very close to Phuket airport and offers free airport shuttle and breakfast. Room nice and cold. Will book again.

Such a great hotel close to the airport and they have free shuttle so super convenient. Wonderful friendly staff helpful tips about the area. Went to the beach easily and close to restaurants. Super happy to get an upgrade the rooms are spacious and clean.
Would definitely stay again if in Phuket

Great stay for 1 night near airport very satisfied very pleasant staff very tidy

I stayed at the Bell Airport Hotel in Phuket and overall had a very good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was friendly and always polite. They left bottled water by my room each day, and whenever I put the sign out, housekeeping did a nice job tidying up.

The location is a bit mixed. It’s not very close to Patong Beach (which I visited often), but in a way, that distance kept me from going every single day, which worked out fine. The hotel is within walking distance to Nai Yang Beach, which was convenient, and only about a 30-minute walk from the airport—handy when I needed to catch the bus into town. They also provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which I used when I checked out.

For someone just needing a short stay, I’d recommend this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-managed. For a longer trip—like a month—I’d probably choose somewhere else closer to the areas I wanted to visit. But overall, a solid option near the airport with good service.

Had to extend my stay. Not on the main strip.

They were very accommodating! This is more of a 48-hour max stay than the extended one I had. The bed and shower weren't deep cleaned and the balcony view opposite the pool was weak. I had to ask for regular cleaning.

Overall, it was a solid experience and everyone helped me as best they could. The sliding doors weren't very secure though.

Solid good hotel. We appreciated the airport transfer

This was a good property which I chose as was handy to the airport. Paid for a room with breakfast and airport transfer however was unable to arrange the airport transfer, either myself or Expedia which seems a bit odd since I booked through them. No mater was a NZ$15 taxi from airport so not much.

Very functional - good for early morning departure / late arrival.

Very nice rooms, very clean, convenient and they offered airport transportation. Beautiful view as well.

Parking is short walk to the main road, then must cross busy main road, and park in dirt field (muddy and standing water too)

Probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. But nothing around there.. the bar was well priced super Quiet.

It was good to stay a few days in a more peaceful location. Room was very noisy though. Breakfast just ok, went out some mornings to another place.

The staff was fantastic. They even picked us up at the airport. The food was great and the drinks were cold. The showers were hot and plenty of pressure. The only down side at all was the beds being hard. I cannot say enough good about the staff.

Perfect place close to the airport so very convenient for your first or last night of stay, the hotel offers free transportation to and from airport. Comfortable and spacious room, lovely staff, and a nice beach close by.

The main reason I chose this hotel was its convenient proximity to both Nai Yang Beach and the airport, which made it perfect for a short stay. The hotel also offers a helpful airport transfer service, making it easy to catch my flight without any hassle.

The only thing to note is that the car park is quite far from the hotel, so be prepared for a bit of a walk or to use the hotel’s shuttle service. Other than that, the hotel offers comfortable big rooms.
