First and foremost, a valuable necklace that I had left in the room went missing, and the hotel refused to take any responsibility for this incident. Additionally, the hotel was very dirty, and the location was extremely poor.

駅近の清潔で簡素なレトロホテル
Pros:

テルミニ駅から近くて便利。徒歩圏内にスーパー、ランドリー（洗濯と乾燥）がある。チェックイン後にスタッフさんが地図に書き込んで観光名所やおすすめレストランなどを教えてくれた。布団は薄いが寒い人向けに部屋に毛布が2枚置かれていた。部屋は十分すぎるほど広くて、清潔だった。

Cons:

到着後すぐトイレが流れなくなった。修理はすぐ行ってくれて修理屋さんは感じの良いおじさんだったが、受付の人の対応が感じが悪かった。ケトルやコップ、ティッシュなどの備品が無かった。シャワーのお湯が安定しなかった。

Pros:

Gutes sauberes Hotel, gute Lage nahe Termini. Luca an der Rezeption war überaus lieb und freundlich zuvorkommend. Er hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Daneben, die zur Familie gehörende Trattoria mit leckeren Gerichten und dem musizierenden Chef. Dolce Vita!
