Excelente ubicación, detalles de hospitalidad a tener en cuenta.

La cercanía con la terminal es lo mejor del lugar.

Cons:

Hubo varias cosas que el Hotel debe observar. La limpieza de las habitaciones, la reposición de elementos de higiene. En mas de una oportunidad debimos pedir jabón en recepción. El cambio de las toallas no era el indicado para la cantidad de personas, tuvimos que usar toallas extras para no resbalar en el baño porque la cabina de ducha perdía mucha agua hacia el exterior. En una oprtunidad a las 2 de la mañana tuvimos que bajar a recepción porque el aire acondicionado central no funcionaba correctamente. No se puede dormir en Roma con las altas temperaturas, el aire es una prioridad, La persona que nos recepcionó no supo darnos solución y tampoco se comunicaba bien. Fuimos a una excursión de todo un día habiendo dormido 3 hs. Al otro día nadie del hotel habló del incidente ni demostró preocupación. La experiencia hubiera sido buena si se hubiera dado importancia a cada problema que el huesped tenía. Problemas puede haber siempre pero cómo el hotel las encara, marca la diferencia. Ignorarlas no es una opción. Por otra parte quien nos recepcionó era una persona encantadora y nos dió un mapa de la ciudad con los puntos más importantes.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. A media hora caminando de los lugares principales, fuimos en verano y se sintió bastante las distancias… pero estuvo bastante bien.

Pros:

Destacamos la ubicación, el trato del personal y la comodidad de nuestra habitación (se aprecia que hay varias reformadas). Por último, el aire de nuestra habitación, se estaba muy fresquito.

Cons:

El único detalle sería que nuestra nevera no enfriaba demasiado.

Great Central Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

Luca was super helpful and friendly!
The location was right around the corner from Roma Termini station and it was central to everything. The room was super clean and the bathroom was very nice.
The restaurant next door is owned by the same folks and they were super friendly also.
The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Adecuado para las necesidades que teniamos del viaje
Pros:

Ubicación excelente y de acuerdo al itinerario que teníamos, el desayuno adecuado y la habitación con buen confort
El personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se presentara.

Cons:

Faltó confort en las áreas comunes, esos días estuvo el clima muy caliente y no se contaba con aire acondicionado adecuado en esas zonas comunes.
