Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Towels changed daily and water topped up daily as well. It was very quiet. Nice restaurants around (eg Titos, Texas Grill and Burger Grill) but you have to find them.

Cons:

It was further from the Centro than we thought, a good 35 minutes walk or 120 pesos taxi (but we like walking). The pool was good but very cold. To be honest we thought it was expensive for what it was, but we can recommend this hotel.

Noisy with a cold shower.
Pros:

There is parking. The pool looks nice but the weather was too cold to use it. The location is okay.

Cons:

The walls are PAPER thin. You can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do. There is NOT a kitchenette in every unit like is stated on Booking....the reason we chose this place. Not only was there no kitchenette, there was no hot water. The water in the bathroom ran lukewarm at the best of times despite the girl at the desk arguing with me that there was indeed hot water. For the price there are WAY better options in Oaxaca.

Da simpatia dos funcionários e da limpeza do quarto

Cons:

A construção era de má qualidade e o isolamento acústico não existia e ficando numa avenida principal, o trânsito não parava nunca e ouvíamos o tráfego como se estivéssemos a dormir na rua :(

Nice staff, clean hotel albeit a bit far from centro and very expensive
Pros:

The property was clean, the wifi was really good and the shower with hot water was perfect. The staff was also really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The price was really high for a small room 30min walk from Centro. I paid about £1k for 5 days which I find being not great value for money, although I understand I came at a busy time (dia de muertos). The pool area feels weirdly far from the different rooms and it doesn’t feel cosy. I would feel awkward leaving my room, walking across to the pool where cars park. I never used the pool. Also the room is really small, I was alone with a big suitcase and I felt cramped. The hotel was also a bit far from centro so having to walk 30min each way each time of that a 100 pesos taxi was a bit annoying.

Pros:

Manuel and the rest of the staff were amazing. The service from free coffee, freshly baked bread and 24:7 staff to help you with anything you need was amazing. Big shout out again to Manuel for all he did!
