You get a little bit less as you pay for
Pros:

- Beakfast was good (3 out of 5) for the price
- Room was OK
- Free of charge garage

Cons:

- The receptionist at check-out could not speak German at all and English only with few phrases but not understand the content, a colleague needed to step in. But also not really solved the issue.
- we stayed 2 nights, the room was not cleaned in-between by the staff, during a full day leve
- 1/3 roll of toalete paper was in bathroom on arrival and no soap,shampoo... (even available in stock, as seen when i needed to find the toalete paper in the whole hotel)
- Accessible garage for everyone - strange people and bottles everywhere. And also by the elevator everyone could get in to the hotel floors
- 1 of 2 elevators was broken
- In an industrial park (quiet during the weekend, off-exhibition time), bad connection in to the city

У підсумку: за свою ціну це прийнятний варіант на одну ніч, але для більш тривалого перебування ми б не обрали цей об’єк
Pros:

Загалом, варіант підійде для короткої зупинки на одну ніч, але не більше.

Локація не дуже зручна — це щось на кшталт промзони неподалік від Мюнхена. До центру міста далекувато, і дістатися можна лише з пересадками, прямого транспорту немає. Це, безумовно, мінус, але з урахуванням ціни — в цілому зрозуміло, чому вона така.

При заселенні залишилися змішані враження: персонал був непривітний, нас фактично просто мовчки заселили — без пояснень, без базового привітання, без будь-якої комунікації. Це виглядає досить дивно і створює не дуже приємне перше враження.

З плюсів — приємно здивував набір гігієнічних засобів у ванній кімнаті: окрім стандартного, були навіть одноразова зубна щітка, паста та бритва. Це дійсно великий плюс і рідкість для такого сегменту.

Також варто зазначити, що в номері було чисто, постіль охайна, спати було комфортно.

Cons:

З мінусів — дуже тонкі стіни, через що добре чути все, що відбувається поруч. Через це з’являється відчуття певного дискомфорту і навіть небезпеки.

Окремий момент — парковка. Вона є, але немає жодних позначок чи зрозумілої організації, як це зроблено в інших готелях. Ми припаркувалися там, де було місце, але склалося враження, що паркінг не охороняється.

Найбільший мінус — це відчуття відсутності безпеки під час перебування.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt sauber. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die U-Bahn-Station ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Seguro, limpo e confortável.
Pros:

Acesso fácil e seguro. Fácil checkin. Comodidades amplas, muito limpas e confortáveis. O café da manhã me pareceu caro para o que entrega. Há estacionamento grátis.

Cons:

café da manhã com bem poucas opções. Não vale o valor investido.

Spacious rooms, free parking beneath the hotel

Cons:

Easy to hear neighbors and hallway noise.

Would be awesome to have a bus station nearby - everything is a 15 minute walk away- but not sure the hotel can do anything about that.
