Totally a scam, becareful if you are a foreigner.
Cons:

the person on the property took advantage of a foreigner. Even though I mentioned that my flight had arrived around midnight, they sell my booked room to others. they force me to look for a new hotel by myself in the middle of the night without an internet connection. And they have the audacity to take my money from my credit card. Totally a scam, they just humble to local guests, not a foreigner.
