Lack of essencial amenities
Pros:

Loved the relaxed modern aesthetics and the friendly young staff. Loved my balcony with the rooftop views.

Cons:

I cant understand why a hotel of this quality (and pricing) doesnt provide basic amenities in the rooms. Especially missed: safe box, minibar, shoehorn, bodylotion.
I also have to note that the location is not the best, neither the safest in Brussels. Note that the hotel is more than 25 mins walking from Grand Place, in a really small city center.

Персонал на первом месте - очень приветливые.
Вайб отеля очень крутой.
Идеальная чистота в комнатах.
Из окон моей угловой комнаты открывался прекрасный вид.
Плотные шторы на окнах - утром солнце не бьет в глаза.

Cons:

В комнате не было одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты и щетки.
В комнате не было холодильника (но персонал разрешил оставить мои продукты в шкафу холодильнике на барной стойке 👍
В комнате не было чайника (но каждое утро персонал угощал меня чаем на барной стойке 👍
В комнате нет телефона, чтобы позвонить на ресепшн в случае необходимости.

Lovely bright vibrant hotel with very friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff super friendly, welcome free drink, funky interior great breakfast selection and good location

Cons:

Shower was a bit meagre and in need of updating.
More hanging/storage space needed in the room and a kettle for hot drinks in the room would have been nice.
