El The Place no decepciona, desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy a gusto, los chicos de la recepción siempre amables, en especial Javiera. La distribución y equipamiento de la habitación , excelente y funcional. Las señoras de la limpieza hacen un trabajo muy prolijo y siempre atentas a los detalles.
La ubicación es perfecta para movilizarse en bus , metro o taxi.

Cons:

Creo que no hubo nada que nos disgustara.

Cons:

Muchísimo ruido de circulación de huéspedes en el pasillo. Mala aislación y si bien el check out es a las 12:00, las tarjetas electrónicas de apertura, dejan de funcionar a las 11:00, entonces no puedes acceder a tu habitación. Para acceder, debes ir nuevamente a recepción a activarlas. Pésima política.

Great place to stay in Las Condes
Pros:

The location is great, the place is near 2 metro (subway) stations and close to many stores and services, even a restaurant on the first floor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All kitchenware and other appliances are nice and tidy. Bedroom had a good size, lots of natural light and comfortable bed. Spacious closets and very a neat bathroom.

First at all a special thanks to the reception team ,very profesional and available to help any special request you asked for, if they can provide. Special thanks to the cleaning room also they provide a very good services. The place is the TOP , in any sense , you feel at home. The room and the bed is extra confortable, all is perfect you feeling very relax and in a luxury surround, I will come back to Cile, i will come back to the Place!
