The room was ok for the price I paid. But, the carpet smelled like mildew

Front staff was not very nice. She tried to put me in a king size bed when I paid for 2 queen bed. Breakfast was cold and nasty. I went on a cruise and I call the hotel and told them I forgot my jacket in the room closet, they was to lazy to go look.. They only thing decent was the price I paid.

The beds comfy, rooms spacious. The girl at check out was very nice

Cons:

The girl at check in wasn't too pleasant. Looked like she doesn't like her job much. There was an odor in our rooms. We had to spray twice just to get past the smell. Not sure if its rugs or what. The location could definitely use a little work

I got a room with no ac and they knew it had no ac. Also was offered to stay til 1 for $30 but when it came down to it the headhouse keeper said no!

Your per check in is useless. The front desk clerk still makes you complete everything again. Web site said complete the pre-check-in and go to the front desk to get your key. Total waste of time.
