Pros:

Spacious clean room, Kat at check-in was great. Very nice selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Valet unimpressed. 1st room assigned was not ready, but they made it right.

Hotel Staff and Hakeem the Valet were GREAT, everything else terrible, l am a U S Army Combat Veteran.
Pros:

The Hotel Staff were very professional with elite customer service skills. Room was very clean and orderly very pleasant experience.

Cons:

One of the Valet Fellas named Hakeem was very professional and helpful throughout. The 2 other Valets were very rude, one did not give us a greeting of the day did her best to not interact with us when she delivered our vehicle, she literally turned her back on us. The other Valet was very rude to us, started raining outside, after he delivered our vehicle he refused to assist with loading our bags into our vehicle.

hotel molto bello, nuovo e moderno. Ottima la colazione e molto ben equipaggiata la palestra. Zona relax all' aperto suggestiva. camere spaziose, pulite. posizione strategica con a pochi passi un supermercato ben fornito e la "foundry" dove si trova una svariata scelta di cibo.

Best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Other than Disney.
Pros:

Loved everything about this place! Staff, security, size, cleanliness, location. 10 stars again and again. We will definitely be staying here when we travel to the Lou again. Also, great breakfast!!!!

Great stay but parking needs to change
Pros:

The location was great, very cozy, helpful staff and fun restaurant. Loved that it was puppy friendly!

Cons:

The pool is not heated. And then if you’re only going to offer valet with no other parking options, you shouldn’t have to pay for valet besides tipping . I would have happily parked somewhere and walked instead of paying an extra hundred dollars for parking on top of my stay.
