expensive room for a one night stay

Pros:

The staff downstairs was absolutely amazing! The room was also very spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The bar tender upstairs, he wasn't very pleasant, he didn't offer a receipt for what I had purchased so when I saw 100 charge to my card for two drinks I was a bit confused. He offered no explanation as to why I was charged that much. Eventually another bartender came over and talked with us and was able to get the manager and the issue was resolved. The bartender was the only unpleasant thing we encountered. I wouldn't go back to the bar again but I would stay here again.

I will NEVER stay there again!
Pros:

The conference room, Angie, Scott, and valet staff.

Cons:

Front desk staff (Samantha), failure to clean room several days, no kitchen sponges, toilet seat kept falling off, shower area flooded everyday causing dangerous water puddles for me who is handicapped and a high fall risk.

We checked in around 2am and they offered to let us stay until 1pm instead of noon.... if we weren't on a time crunch we would've definitely used that!!

Cons:

Confused on where to park to check in
Having to unload right there because then I forgot something but didn't want to go through the hassle of getting my vehicle through valet service to get it

Charged more than double
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and different every day. The staff was very friendly, and the overall stay was wonderful.

Cons:

I was charged twice for my stay, and more than a month later I still have not received my refund. I paid over $1,300 through Booking.com, and the hotel then charged me two additional charges totaling more than $1,600. These were not damage charges. We did not damage the room. The hotel acknowledged that these charges were for staying in the room.

No receipts were provided for the additional charges. Resolving this has been a huge headache and has required far more time and effort than it should. That said, the hotel itself was fantastic and the stay was otherwise excellent. The billing issue significantly detracted from what should have been a great experience.
