If i were to return, i would rather stay closer to the Old Tiwn.
Pros:

the location was quiet and clean. Pretty far away from the Old Town but accessed by trolly or tram. With 3 of us to a room, we liked the fact that there was a kitchen sink which gave us another water source and sink. One person had little cubbies above her bed and really liked that.

Cons:

The website stated that washer/dryer facilities were available on site. Unfortunately, they were out of order and we had been counting on washing at this point in our trip. We had to walk quite a way to find facilities. The quality of the toilet paper and kleenex was very rough. The clerk at the desk was not very friendly or particularly helpful. Our tour guide tried to phone the hotel twice and no one answered. When a glass with some ice was requested, there was none on the premises. The breakfast was ok but seemed a bit expensive for the quality of the food.

Günstiges Hotel nahe Straßenbahnlinien und Supermarkt
Pros:

Kaufland und die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 3 in direkter Nähe zum Hotel.
Tagesticket für das Parken an der Straße kostet nur 9 Euro.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum war etwas unbequem und sehr laut. Es gab nur kleine Brötchen keine großen wie es normalerweise üblich ist.
Zu Fuß läuft man gute 30 Minuten in die Altstadt, deshalb besser mit der Straßenbahn.

Alles da was man braucht. Ruhig und sauber

Cons:

Eine Verlängerung vor Ort ging nicht, musste alles online erfolgen. Schlechte telefonische Erreichbarkeit.

Pros:

Gute Lage in einem gut angelegten Neubauviertel. Sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Gute Infrastruktur in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Gut geeignet für eine Erkundung der Innenstadt - sinnvollerweise ohne Auto.
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, gutes Frühstück. Das Einchecken war auch vor der offiziell angegebenen Zeit möglich. Lage im Randbezirk war gut und in modern gestaltetem Umfeld. Tram-Haltestelle zur Fahrt ins Zentrum in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das angegliederte Parkhaus ist extrem teuer. Wir haben 200 Meter um die Ecke einen kostenlosen Parkkplatz gefunden.
