It is a nice comfortable hotel right on the tram line 2k from the Aldstadt but I would not revisit.
Pros:

Did not avail of it as we had a small kitchen that we could use. Having said that €15 pp for breakfast was too expensive for us. The lobby was very comfortable and had a small shop which was good.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel do not clean the rooms unless the stay is over 8 days, we stayed 5 nights, you have to go and ask reception for towels, toilet rolls. We did had a fire drill one morning, personally I did not see staff counting the people to ensure tha everyone was evacuated.

Pros:

Goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel. Fijne, ruime douche.

Cons:

Bedden waren heel slecht. Haren op het bed onder het laken. Kussens ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Fijn dat er een Nespresso apparaat stond, helaas moest je voor de cupjes betalen. Parkeergarage was vol dus moesten in de buurt op straat parkeren maar ook daar was alles vol zodat we onze auto straten verder moesten parkeren. Niet fijn aangezien we op doorreis waren en de auto vol met spullen lag. Je zou ook, volgens de jongeman bij de receptie, pas vanaf 9:00 's ochtends je parkeerschijf nodig hebben, dus wij die de avond ervoor neergelegd en op 9:00 gezet, maar toch helaas nog een parkeerboete gehad, om 07:50 's morgens.

Gutes Aparthotel
Pros:

Gepflegtes Aparthotel in Neubaugebiet. Die Küchenaustattung war hervorragend, weit über dem, was man erwarten kann: Beschichtete Pfanne, großer Topf, Nespressomaschine, riesiger Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, viel Geschirr etc. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 4 vollwertigen Betten. Das Doppelbett war ein Schrankbett mit guter Matratze.

Cons:

Ein Vornutzer hatte wohl ein Getränk gegen die Wand umgekippt, ansonsten Sauberkeit nicht zu beanstanden. Leider nur zwei Stühle und ein niedriger Hocker trotz 4-Personenraum.
