Die Vorteile überwiegen (noch).
Pros:

Wie immer die hervorragende Lage, die Tiefgarage, dieses Mal überaus freundliches Personal und keinerlei Verkehrslärm.

Cons:

Bereits den dritten Aufenthalt hintereinander ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht einstellen und lärmte wieder einmal übermäßig!

Während meines Aufenthalts sind meine AirPods nach der Zimmerreinigung aus dem Zimmer verschwunden. Zwei Tage später sind sie plötzlich an der Rezeption „aufgetaucht“. In dieser Zeit habe ich von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern unterschiedliche und sich widersprechende Informationen bekommen. Niemand konnte klar erklären, was genau passiert ist. Eine sehr unangenehme Situation, bei der ich mich als Gast nicht ernst genommen gefühlt habe. Die gesamte Erfahrung hat mein Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt und ich habe mich als Gast nicht wirklich sicher gefühlt. Aus diesem Grund kann ich meinen Aufenthalt hier leider nicht positiv bewerten.

Lage top, da die Straßenbahn vor der Tür hält. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig.

Die Küche

Es fehlten Teller es waren leider nur kleine da, das Bett war ungemütlich und hart. Im Bad waren auf dem Boden Haare wir haben uns super unwohl gefühlt weshalb wir 1 Tag früher aus dem Hotel aus gecheckt haben. Sehr enttäuscht leider!!!
