Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. There are also several convenience stores directly across the street where you can buy snacks and other essentials. A shopping center and many great restaurants are nearby, and they tend to be less crowded than those in the historic district.

The entrance is impressive, featuring a grand escalator. The room had everything we needed. While it wasn't large, it was very well designed and made excellent use of the space.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with a good selection that changed daily. I especially liked the combination of international dishes and Japanese specialties, including a variety of interesting soups. There was also a great selection of drinks, juices, and coffee each morning.

If you need to send your luggage to another city, the hotel offers an online request system. It was a bit confusing to use at first, but the staff helped us quickly, so the process went smoothly.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location!
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Easy walking (~7min) from Kyoto station. Away from crowds, quiet and clean. Many izakayas and restaurants nearby too. Beds are comfortable. Pyjamas are cute too! 😄

Cons:

Twin room feels a little tight with 2 super single beds. Luckily our luggage was small. Not much of an issue!

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the main train station, shops, restaurants, and some attractions.

Check-in was quick, smooth, and hassle-free.

The rooms were comfortable, and both the sleeping area and bathroom were clean.
The only downside was that the carpets could have been cleaner, although I suspect this is partly because not all guests remove their shoes when entering the room. The windows also did not open fully, but this appeared to be a safety feature rather than an inconvenience caused by the hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit on the small size. If you are traveling with no bags, or small hand luggage, its fine. But big suitcases are a bit of a mission.

おかげさまで楽しい旅行ができました！
Pros:

欠点がありませんでした。
お風呂も良かったですし、お食事も素晴らしかったですし、ベッドも良かったので睡眠の質も高かったです。京都駅から徒歩数分なのでリッチも最高でした。何よりスタッフの方々がとても親切にしてくださったので、安心して過ごすことができました。

Cons:

強いていうならば、テレビのリモコンが一部機能せず、館内情報(大浴場の混み具合など)を見ることが出来なかったのが残念でした。

Ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

Muito perto da estação de trem, como tivemos que voltar pra Tokyo, facilitou muito a nossa vida. O banhieiro é grande e muito limpo, e o vaso sanitário separado ajuda muito se for dividir o quarto com outra pessoa.

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno, o que eu não esperava pra Kyoto.

Didn’t want to leave
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! The Onsen was lovely. Was great getting free drinks in the foyer. Nice, clean, new hotel. Even smells good. Great location close to Kyoto station.

Cons:

The dryer in the laundry it’s hopelessly slow. Took a lot of time and money to dry the clothes.

Pros:

Konumu harika, hem tren istasyonuna hem otobüs duraklarına yakın. Odamız kullanışlı bir büyüklükteydi rahatça bavul açabildik. Pijamaları çok tatlıydı ^^ İhtiyaç duyabileceğimiz herşey odada mevcuttu.
