After 10 stays here at the OYO NEW YORK this hotel is Absolutely my Go-To place for staying in Manila & more specifically the Makati area!

Though I am hesitant to broadcast this to the travelling public since I travel to the Philippines often and I don't want to let the secret out! 🤔😅

And the staff is incredible also!

Really lovely place. Jen even ordered me a taxi joyride motorbike which was lovely! As I am from Uk and didn’t have the right phone number to do that.

Great location! Although my air con didn’t work so always check that but was moved no problem.
The rooftop pool is amazing and the space is great it’s worth staying here again definitely just check your air con as you will need it! Hot!

By far the best budget valued & eco-friendly hotel along with an incredibly friendly & helpful staff, especially the front desk of Fren & her fellow staff mates go out of their way to make your stay comforting and enjoyable.

An incredible central & safe location within a short 20 minute walk to the very popular Ayala Market Market Mall, outdoors "Farmers Market" and family-friendly entertainment inside & outside could and would take you several days to explore and enjoy your options!

The OYO MyTown New York, like it's namesake New York even offers quick access to 24 hr mini-markets & restaurants like the very popular "Angel's Burgers" across the street!

And the views of the Manila city downtown skyline from the incredible Rooftop Pool & relaxing deck area were certainly the deal clincher for me!

It will certainly be my "Go-to" place to stay in Makati and the Manila downtown area with easy access to the First-Class upscale area of BGC whenever I'm there and I will always recommend it as the best & budget friendly first choice & consideration for visiting Manila!

It’s hard to complain for the price but I paid few dollars more for the biggest option of the two rooms listed. Instead I got the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. How do I know? My friends had 5-6 rooms booked with their families for new years, they said my room was extremely small compared to any of their rooms. It was only 2 feet around the entire double bed. That was the whole room.

We booked for 4 days for 2 adults and 1 kid (4 yr old) as we go in Makati for Christmas Vacation but suddenly when we came there the FO said kids not allowed... Why they didn't informed me ahead of time so we can cancel it and no one ever messaged me that we cant check in the hotel bec. we had kid with us..

The FO said i need to request a refund because they will refund my money but when i requested the website emailed me that the hotels declined my request refund.. I was very upset with their policy . We saved that money for our vacation but one blink its all gone coz they dont want to refund plus the staffs are not that approachable.. we waited long and they saw us in a lane waiting for our turn and no one ever told us kids are not allowed...

The first day I walk in the surround is not safe the place smell very bad and the room is so small. We have no choice to stay one nite but next day we check out. If you kindly refund me the remaining days. We came around 12:00 am and left early that day.

I was charged extra because the towel i left was dirty and had a stain. No hotel on earth chargers extra if you use their towels. What next? Extra charge from used toilet paper and sheets!? In general the rooms are small in a shady area and you need to be awere of your surrounding and what you have in your pockets.

The room has a foul smell, the bathroom was full of mold and the air-conditioning clanged all night. We did enjoy the traditional vibrant neighborhood.

A new and clean hotel with a rooftop pool with a great view of Makati. Rooms are small but clean. A noisy and busy part of Makati. Overall good value for money…

Great hotel with a clean pool on top, secure, must have a room card to get in. But, it is a poor area and fenced off from the BGC witch is the nicest part of Manila. This makes it a bargain with just a 1/2 mile walk away. Great place to stay long term on a budget.

I really enjoy the stay. It felt like home. Staff was friendly and quick service hassle free.
Cinema was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was warm clean and beautiful. Paradise on earth

Covid restrictions in the city are to high. Not a hotel problem. But greatly hurts the stay.

The hotel was ok, little rom and toilet but clean. But the area around was not so nice. But the hotel has also fitness rom and a nice pool so all was ok.

The staff were super accomodating and it's a great place for the price.
