Sudamala Resort, Komodo, Labuan Bajo

I could enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.Restaurant,Spa, locations (near the seashore),room,,, All facilities are good.

The Sudamala resort komodo located about 10mins drive from downtown ,the room are clean and staff do good service ,Hotel provide free shuttle to and from the airport . Good pool with bar and also has gym.

The staff are so welcoming, treat us with utmost respect. The place really beautiful. They make sure our comfort all time. Overall, unforgettable honeymoon experience. highly recommend!

Our stay at Sudamala was amazing and the staff were extraordinary and made us feel special. The facilities and food were also top notch. I had an issue with the dive shop, Aqura who took my details and then failed to inform me of the unavailability of the DSD experience for an entire day. I did the Seray day visit which was also wonderful.

I spend five nights at the hotel and enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly staff from the first moment of arrival to the drop off at the airport. Thank you Erick for the pleasant ride!

Not the 5 star experience I expected.

Prior to our arrival, we were a bit sceptical about this resort, but that impression changed instantly. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front office team, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant.

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were so inviting that it was hard to wake up. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The resort has a beautiful green garden where we could enjoy listening to birdsong throughout the day.

The food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, and absolutely worth the price. Unfortunately, the sea in front of the resort is not suitable for swimming, but the pool and the bar, made up for it.
The most memorable and appreciated aspect of our stay was how well the resort is maintained, both inside and out, with strong sustainability concern.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out to Hubert, who always made sure our stay was flawless and willing to spend his time to chat with us. He also arranged a trip for us to experience the local culture, which made our stay even more special and personal. We were truly impressed by the level of service provided.

If you are planning to visit Labuan Bajo, don’t think twice—just stay here. Highly recommended.

We have an amazing experience since we were picked up at the airport. We are a group of family from 9 yrs old to 80 yrs old. All the crew are very warm and friendly. They paid attention to the detail and gave specific solution based on our condition. The resort manager really helpful and even help us to manage our trip at Labuan Bajo. The facilities are really good and the food at the restaurant is tasty and delicious. The garden is neatly manicured and the pool is a heaven after a day of sweltering heat. Time really gone by fast at this resort. Definitely will come back again in the future.

We spent 3 days 2 nights here, and really enjoyed our time. All staff in the hotel were super friendly and helpful. We love the quietness, the cleanliness, the view and everything else!! The free shuttle from and to the airport sure was a cherry on top of the cake 🙂

A wonderful stay at Sudamala Resort Komodo. The resort is beautiful and very clean, with excellent food and a great swimming pool overlooking the beachfront. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Great resort, just a bit outside of the main town. The staff is all so friendly and make sure you enjoy your time there. Will definitely be back here next time to Labuan bajo

Beautiful resort, everything was perfect for me. Usually resorts are incredibly expensive, but I felt Sudamala was extremely high quality without being too pricey. It's right on the beach, I enjoyed the Seaview very much. Very good breakfast, very good rooms. The deluxe room was very big and so beautiful. We did the couple spa package, it was awesome. Super enjoyed everything. Thank you to the hospitality staff for their warmth and kindness.

Stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of it! All the staff were very friendly, warm, and accommodating. Room was huge, impeccably cleaned twice a day. The resort is very conscious about the environment. We used Aqura for the day trip tour to Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo (witnessed 11 dragons!) and saw mantas during the snorkeling trip. Spent a day using the free shuttle and boat ride to their sister property on Seraya Island and had a lovely massage and great snorkeling. Plenty of marine life and corals. A shout out to Yolanda and Omas, who truly made our stay memorable

I had a wonderful stay at Sudamala Resort Komodo. The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which really elevated the experience. The location is stunning, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent.

The only downside was the food at the restaurant which was a bit of a let down. However, the breakfast spread was great with plenty of options to choose from.

Overall, a beautiful resort with exceptional hospitality—I’d happily return.

I had a wonderful evening there with my wife. Clean, modern rooms and entertainment. There is a nice pool on the beach with swim up bar. There was a Beautiful sunset on the private beach. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, noon checkout and airport transfer.

Stayed for one night after my diving and before flight . Great decision! Wonderful experience from start to end. Low keyed luxury.
Was offered an on-the-spot upgrade to one bedroom villa with a small top up fee.

Although there is only 1 main restaurant onsite and a pool bar , it was good enough with a wide menu.
Breakfast was a mix of pastries, breads, fruits, salad, local dishes and western dishes with egg station. Loved the sambal chilli and the condiments for soup and porridge.
One thing I would wish for is a noodle soup area. But I do understand not every guests want to try local noodles soup.
There is also manta cafe at the entrance .
Spa was also another wonderful experience. Prices were reasonable for a hotel of this standard.

Worth trying while travelling through LBJ.

Sudamala Resort was more expensive than many others. We were after a 'premium' experience and believe we got 'value for money'. If you stay, allow yourself at least one 'pool day'... the views are awesome and the surrounds are tranquil. The staff strike the right balance between respectful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had.

We stayed here for just one night, but it was absolutely wonderful. We booked the villa, it was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. From the warm welcome to the peaceful atmosphere, everything felt thoughtful and well-taken-care-of. The bed was cozy, the room smelled fresh, and every detail made the stay feel special.
The surroundings were quiet and relaxing, and we loved waking up to such a calm, tropical setting. Even though our stay was short, we genuinely wished we had booked more nights. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Indonesia. Thanks to everyone!
