For our purposes (visiting family) it worked very well and was an excellent place for us to stay.
Pros:

Clean and quiet.

Cons:

A bit sparse. Did not have an ice bucket. I know a bit picky, but I like a glass of ice cold drink at end of day.

Disappointed stay.
Pros:

We have stayed at this location several times and has always been great but front desk person hardly said a work and just handed me the keys to the room.

Cons:

Did not have any hot water for my shower and then the water was brown in the bathroom sink. And then didn’t have water to get ready i the morning it finally came on after some time.

Checked in on a Thursday. Housekeeping didn’t come until i requested.
Pros:

The location to mall and resteraunt.

Cons:

The staff was rude. Libby was dirty. Trash was filled to the top and in the floor. Very unclean.

We would stay again when in the area and use TRU Hotels in other cities if they are as nice as this
Pros:

The way the hotel is set up is really pleasing to the eye. Loved everything when you enter into the lobby (lightning, mural on the wall, plenty of seating, etc. ) I loved the way our room was set up. The wood/painting between the bathroom and the bed area. The nice frame around the tv on the wall. The electrical plugs for phones etc. Everything made you feel as if you were in a home and not a hotel room. Thank you
