Bonjour,

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon insatisfaction concernant mon récent séjour dans un hôtel réservé via votre plateforme à Dallas.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le rideau occultant de la chambre était partiellement détaché. Malgré cela, aucune réparation n'a été effectuée durant notre séjour. Le dernier jour, le rideau est finalement tombé complètement, ce qui nous a empêchés de bloquer la lumière extérieure et a fortement perturbé notre sommeil dès le matin.

Par ailleurs, le service de ménage a été très insuffisant. La chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'après le troisième ou quatrième jour de notre séjour, nous obligeant à réutiliser les mêmes serviettes de douche pendant plusieurs jours. De plus, le distributeur de shampoing n'a jamais été rechargé.

Ces différents problèmes ont eu un impact négatif sur la qualité de notre séjour et ne correspondent pas au niveau de service que nous attendions.

Je souhaiterais donc savoir quelles solutions ou compensations vous pouvez proposer au regard de cette expérience.

Pros:

It was very convenient, close to lots of restaurants, staff was great

Cons:

The beds was not that comfortable, and my room was hot even with and the water didn’t get hot just warm

Overall the property itself was clean, but staff was not available and when they were not the friendliest.

Cons:

I did not like how unavailable the staff was. My daughters went down to purchase a snack and some water and waited for over 20 minutes before just putting the stuff back and coming up to the room. On their way back up they saw the employees outside sitting down laughing amongst each other. Within these 20 minutes I called the front desk several times with no response. In the morning when we came down for coffee and continental breakfast they had no coffee so I kindly asked the front desk and got an employee who was obviously annoyed by my question.

So bad I checked out early and paid for a new hotel
Pros:

Nothing although the location is good there are better options right near by

Cons:

Run down, gross, stinks like mold and marajuana, staff unhelpful, management unresponsive, I can’t believe they can run this hotel under this name. I count on name brands to know I’m not gonna end up in a situation like this.
