I can see no reason to ever stay there again.
Pros:

The location was good, the hotel was bright and modern and there was complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate n the lobby. Complimentary breakfast that was average.

Cons:

The room was extremely small and cramped, the bed frame was very large and we repeatedly banged our shins. There were no drawers in the room at all, no storage, the 3 hangers hung on a bar over the tiny fridge. Two outlets did not work. The walls were in need of some kind of insulation or sound proofing, the neighbors on both sides TVs were blaring into our room all night and day. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room, at all. The ice buckets were stored wet in the hallway next to the ice makers, soaking wet, with no plastic liners. There was what appeared to be blood on the bedspread.

Good place for a night's rest
Pros:

Driving through to FL Convenient stop, right off highway, very comfy and clean. Had everything you would need, could buy snacks and liquor

Cons:

Unfortunately we arrived after 9 pm, sent notice to hotel but when arrived no one at checkin desk. Waited for quite a while, then kept calling phone number until someone got to the desk

Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was convenient. Mostly the cost was unbeatable

Cons:

The smell coming from Cracker Barrel dumpsters but out of their control. Only noticeable in the parking lot

The location and price was great! The breakfast was fresh and nice variety.

First time that I was at a hotel and charged $50.00 on my credit card for possible damage that I would due in my room. Waiting for my credit.

Excellent location for access and great for my Friday pickleball tournament at Massanutten. Loved the pancake machine! Much better than waffle makers.

Great hotel for the price. I will be staying in Tru hotels on future trips.
Pros:

The location was good, just off I-81 and next to a restaurant. I liked the layout of the room and especially liked the layout of the bathroom. The products were great.

Cons:

I had your hot breakfast, mini cheese omelet and meat (not sure what kind). The omelet was dry and barely warm. The meat was tasty but also barely warm. I did have a muffin which was good.
