There was a bit noise from the street
The location is absolutely spectacular. The property is beautifully integrated into the forest, with stunning suspended cabins that blend perfectly with nature.
The staff are outstanding — genuinely warm, attentive and professional.
The food is excellent, and the hibachi chef deserves special mention: incredibly skilled and very accommodating with my dietary restrictions.
The spa has a magnificent view and is truly a highlight of the experience.
I stayed in one of the lower villas, not in the suspended cabins.
Due to the location between dense vegetation, there is significant humidity. Clothes felt damp and had the room had a musty smell. When I arrived, the dehumidifier was already running and the air conditioning was set to dry mode, which suggests this is a known issue.
In my opinion, the experience may be very different depending on the accommodation type. I would strongly recommend choosing the suspended cabins instead of the lower villas.

Leider bekam ich Bali Belly nach einem Abendessen im Restaurant. Jedoch hat das Personal sehr gut gehandelt und einen Arzt organisiert.
Es stimmt, dass es etwas müffelig in den Villas riecht, Handtücher trocknen nicht richtig, da es sehr feucht ist (waren jedoch dort in der Regenzeit, liegt wahrscheinlich auch einfach am Klima). Allgemein hätte es etwas sauberer sein können.

We dachten dat we een floating villa geboekt hadden maar het bleek een zeer simpele maar prijzige kamer (boshut genaamd) te zijn. Gelukkig konden we upgraden. Met boeken dus even goed opletten.

The worst black mold I’ve EVER experienced in my world travels. Run down, garbage and “storage” items in plane sight. Run down buildings. Maybe this was a 5 star facility when it was built, but it is beyond my comprehension how it still holds this rating.
Everything. Would highly suggest. Amazing villas, have not stayed in a place like this before. Staff great and informative, helped with every detail and what to do like yoga, specific waterfalls. One of the best massages we have ever had- truly, if you stay here you must schedule a massage. Chef hibachi was great experience. The floating villa really is amazing if you can do it
We stayed at this extraordinary resort for five days at the end of our holiday in Bali. When we booked, we didn't really know what to expect. It looked good, but the reality exceeded our expectations. We didn't regret upgrading to the floating villa for a second. The view and the feeling you get from these extraordinary accommodations are breathtaking at any time of day or night and in any weather.Not only are the villas unique, but the infinity pool is also brilliant. The view over the western part of Bali with the mountains and the Balinese Sea is stunning.The service team and restaurant are always available and anticipate your every wish. Breakfast by the pool and dinner in the restaurant are impressive.The resort and the surrounding area invite you to enjoy a variety of activities, whether it's a jungle walk, a waterfall or other activities, everything is possible.

Vacker miljö med fantastisk utsikt över Bergen! Utmärkt personal som var trevlig, tillmötesgående och mycket hjälpsamma. Rummet var rent, det kändes lite fuktigt, men det var nog pga att vi var där under regnsäsongen. Efter en timme med AC kändes det inte så fuktigt längre!
