What I’ve come to expect from Tru; great stay, great value.
Pros:

Excellent property; friendly, welcoming staff, clean comfortable room and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Extend breakfast hours until 10 am; my fiancée was able to get breakfast but it was closed by the time I got there

It was very nice , very clean . Staff was very nice and welcoming .

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t come by once our entire stay , had to call up for extra towels . Didn’t have enough towels for all 4 of us .

Checking in. They wouldn't take my Booking confirmation number and had to search for my reservation. Also hotel sent me an email with outdated covid restrictions

Nice enough hotel

Cons:

I had pre paid two nights but due to changes made to my plans I didn't use the 2nd night I had paid for and so not only did I not use the room I was also charged again for a room I didn't use....note I also left a message with the hotel to notify them of this so they got paid twice for it and maybe even rented it out to someone else as well!
