Lack of detail.
Pros:

Bed was uncomfortable, sheets wouldn't straighten out. Bathroom fan didn't work. Breakfast was not the least appetizing. Ice and vending on 1st floor, my room was on 4th.

Cons:

I like everything to work and the place you stay should want to make you feel, you want to come back. I didn't feel it.

I liked the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. Breakfast was great and the room was very nice.

Ashland stay
Pros:

The hotel looked very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well rounded. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Excellent place to stay right off the Interstate and plenty of eatery nearby.
