I have stayed at Suha before, and returning this time felt like the right choice once again. I was surprised not to see Ms. Eliza, who is truly the best of the best in hospitality and a top class professional, but the overall experience remained outstanding thanks to the incredible team.
This hotel is more than good for a 4-star property — largely because the staff deliver what feels like a 6-star experience. What truly stands out is the spirit, dedication, and genuine care each team member puts into their work. You can feel the love, respect, and pride they have in making every guest comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for.
I made it a point to learn the names of as many staff members as possible, because it’s always an honor to witness true professionals — artists in their craft.
Reception Team:
The reception team sets the tone perfectly with warmth, respect, and professionalism. They treat you like family and do their absolute best to meet your needs. A special thank you to the great and wonderful Ms. May, the most amazing Ms. Esther, and Mr. Zeeshan for their 10/10 service.
Housekeeping:
I was lucky to experience two of the best housekeeping teams I’ve ever encountered. Their dedication, attention to detail, and pride in cleanliness are exceptional. They work efficiently, race against time (even when they don’t have to), and still deliver spotless results.
Huge appreciation to (Reena & Raju) and (Yamkala & Aashish) — truly impressive work.
And to Timlidan and Birendar
Thank you to Durga for always assisting with any request, no matter how small.
There was a minor issue involving protocol, but Ms. Namita handled the situation calmly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved properly and followed up with an apology. This level of management speaks volumes about the hotel’s standards.
Maintenance & Security:
A big thank you to the maintenance gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name — tall, always respectful and efficient). He consistently responds quickly and finds the best solutions.
And of course, Dilip from security — always welcoming and helping guests with a smile, respect, and professionalism.
One Note for Improvement:
The building itself could use some attention. As we approach 2026, the heavy manual front entrance doors feel outdated. Especially after returning tired from travel, handling heavy doors while carrying luggage can be frustrating (and a bit of a workout ). Suha Creek had automatic doors, and introducing them here would significantly improve guest comfort.
Final Thoughts:
This stay once again reminded me that what truly defines a great hotel is not just the building — it’s the people. The Suha team makes all the difference, and I would happily return again.

The room was perfect- spacious, all ameneties were provided, the view was spectacular, the reception asking what kind of room you prefer during check in is so appreciated, something hotels don't usually do.
Service was good too. It's a peaceful place, well planned and maintained.
Things that can be better - had to request for water bottles even after room cleaning was done for the day and left a adapter in the room, which the staff could not return after check out.

Very nice neat and clean hotel apartment i like this hotel very much. Location is also very ideal many supermarkets and metro also very neay by only. Thanks to all staff Houskepping who clean my room and person upon check in zeeshan he give me higher floor.

Great experience. From entering the parking lot to check in, the room and the staff. Loved everything.
At the time when I was entering the parking lot, I didn't know what to do. The staff there started helping me by going inside to get the person in charge to open the parking. But in the meantime, another staff came from outside and as I was waiting, he must have understood that I was waiting for the parking to open. He offered to help me out there and then. That shows the attitude of the whole hotel staff that they care of every guest. Thank you team SUHA Park!

I have wonderful experience in suha park last month I have stayed there for 4 nights and that was a great trip for me. Huge rooms excellent environment and friendly staff big thank to reception guy Zeeshan and Dilip for make my trip even more memorable surely will come again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptional – always helpful, open-minded, and radiating genuinely positive energy. My special thanks go to Eliza, May, Juliet, Zeeshan, and Dilip for their kindness and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and the entire hotel is immaculately maintained. There’s a delightful scent throughout the property from the brand AdoreScent – I loved it so much that I even ordered and took home a 500 ml bottle!
The location is another big plus: it’s very close to the metro, and many attractions are easily accessible by taxi as well.

Although there are construction works across the street, you won’t be disturbed at all once the windows are closed. (To be fair, there’s construction going on almost everywhere in Dubai!)
Finally, the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, which makes the stay even more comfortable.

In short, a fantastic experience in every aspect. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is excellent for my visits as I play golf each morning and my friend who picks me up lives close by.
There is grocery shopping close and there is a metro station close.
The building is in a quite area.
The apartment is well appointed and the apartment that I stayed in is a generous size.
The price per night for a month's stay is value for money.
The apartment is cleaned twice weekly and the cleaning staff are excellent.
The front Reception staff are welcoming and happy. All requests were auctioned quickly and with a big smile.

Suha park hotel is best hotel in jaddaf i stayed there for 6 days and my stay was excellent everything was very well organised and property is very neat and clean itself. Thanks to staff for give me very good room his name i must mention zeeshan who give very good room.

I recently booked a stay at this amazing hotel for my family, and I couldn't be more excited! The hotel has received rave reviews for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and prime location. I had a really enjoyable stay at the Suha Park Hotel Apartments for 2 weeks while on business. Really convenient location for business and leisure activities - very close to Al Jadaf metro, and for peaceful walks along Jadaf Waterfront to wind down at the end of the day. Close to supermarkets - which was great as I was self-catering - and a well equipped kitchen in my very comfortable studio apartment, which had great views of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony!

There was some building noise from the new 'The Sail' building opposite - but that's expected in Dubai! Apart from that, the apartments themselves were exceptional.

The staff were also exceptional - welcoming and friendly - always greeting me by name when I was arriving or leaving. Particular compliments to May, Eliza, Esther, and to Kabin the lifeguard at the pool, for making me so welcome.

I would definitely recommend, and hope to stay again soon.

Nice hotel excellence services suha park is always my first choice to stay in dubai. To be honest prices are quite high at the moment but most of yhe time its very economic. Still worth you pay to stay. They have quite large pool and gym and kitchen have basic utensils and staff is very very good. Thanks to Front office staff Zeeshan and his colleauge Dilip who assist us to room and explain about room.
