Foi muito boa a estadia! Maravilhosa! Mesmo com chuva, curtimos muito!

Café da manhã maravilhoso, a praia é linda, piscina excelente e o hotel é muito confortável. Em todos os lugares a vista é incrível.

Comportamento da administração e recepção, desastrou qualquer boa experiência. Imperdoável.
Pros:

As dependências do hotel e a praia são maravilhosas, o café da manhã super gostoso e elegante, o restaurante tem qualidade e custo bom.

Cons:

Não gostei, e me chateou mto, o fato de eu ter esquecido um item no quarto e nao terem me avisado.. percebi 3 dias depois e estava no achados e perdidos, ou seja, estava no meu quarto, passaram pro achados e perdidos e nao me informaram, qdo perguntei via whats, simplesm informaram que eu podia retirar, nao me ajudaram com uma entrega e nem qq esforço pra me ajudar. O pior foi o "motivo/desculpa" pelo qual eles nao poderiam ter me comunicado: " pq eu poderia estar viajando sem minha família e me complicaria, pois já houveram casos de hóspedes com amantes".. além dessa resposta me ofender, eu questiono a preguiça da pessoa nao ter visto a ficha, pois eu estava com minha filha e marido.. Triste, decepcionante e ofensivo.

Das várias opções de curtir o visual que o hotel habilmente ordenou, em termos de espaço, de haver elevador e do restaurante.

Cons:

Da AUSÊNCIA DE ATENDIMENTO DE TELEFONE PELA RECEPÇÃO. Os hotéis estão com este péssimo costume. Nenhum funcionário atende ao telefone, nem sequer do whatsapp. Outra coisa ruim foi que o box do banheiro tinha vazamento

Pros:

Boa estrutura, quarto com belo visual, grande e com varanda, o café da manhã atende muito bem, staff muito bem capacitado ( fui muito bem tratado por todos), piscina grande e limpa , hidromassagem tb pe oferecida, praia com algumas rochas, mas não influencia em nada. Faça as demarcações no dia anterior, tem uma faixa de uns 200 metros sem rocha. Mar lindão na frente do Varandas. Estrutura pé na areia deles é muito massa. Praia linda e isolada do mundo !
Recomendo, sim, uns dias no local. Voltarei !!!
