Pros:

Clean. Next to tacos and great asado. Inexpensive.

Cons:

Very noisy street. So loud it’s difficult to sleep. Wi-Fi did not work 90% of the time.

Pros:

Rare place in Tepic area that allows pets, real, non-gringo Mexico location, nice outdoor breakfast area, all you need if just passing through.

Cons:

weak water pressure, and wi-fi was nearly worthless .

Cons:

Everything else, got there and they didn’t have our reservation. Finally got to the room and no A/C, water all over the bathroom floor. Construction right next door, which started at 7 am

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

the hotel room was not supplied with any drinking water or glasses. no ice available either. The beds were hard , the room was so small the sink was in the shower which was awkward.The toilet was so low too also the shower was very narrow and the curtain was constantly sticking to you, horrible feeling.No phone in the room either or elevator service. The room was to include breakfast but it was the chefs day off of course! So no breakfast.

Pros:

We booked a room with a single bed but got a tiny room with two tiny very hard beds.
There was no breakfast available, not even coffee in the morning.. the restaurant was closed completely.
No air conditioning, just a fan with tiny slatted windows.
Calling this place a “Boutique Hotel” is a joke..we stayed at hotels in truck stops better than this… we couldn’t wait to leave

bichos en las camas
Pros:

Desgraciadamente nos vimos en una situación muy desagradable. No contábamos con los bichos en las camas. Mi hermana se levanto alas 11:00 pm por la cama llena de bichos. Obvio que los protocolos de limpieza no se aplican. Es probable que todas las habitaciones tengan bichos. Me vi obligada a grabar para que la persona pudiera confirmar el incidente. 😝
