Atšķirībā no citiem latviešiem, kurus apmierināja pašreģistrēšanās, mani šis process šeit neapmierināja. Nupat atbraucu no Maltas, kur visās četrās viesnīcās bija tikai un vienīgi pašreģistrēšanās, bet tas bija viegli/saprotami/bez stresa, nesatiekot nevienā no tām nevienu no personāla.
Sākās ar to, ka es kopš numura nobukošanas, saņēmu kopā 6 epastus no viesnīcas; vienā no tiem bija rakstīts - kā iečekoties, skatot/skanējot kaut kādu pievienoto QR kodu; man šis kods neparādījās. Iedrāzos viesnīcā ar jau gandrīz tukšu telefonu, jo bija dienas beigas un iztērēta jauda bildējot skaistos Igaunijas ledus stabus; mēģināju ar uzvārdu meklēt, lai iedod numuru - tas neizdevās. Tad ar pēdējiem spēkiem tuksajā telefonā kaut kā dabūju reģistrācijas numuru un izdevās tikt.
Bet es jau īsti nebiju vienīgā "blondīne" - pie otras sienas cilvēki arī centās kaut ko darīt sistēmā līdz padevās un zvanīja; vēlāk redzēju vēl viesus, kuri arī pavadīja ilgu laiku pie reģistrācijas.
Eju uz savu 2.stāvu, pa trepēm - sagaida izsists koridora logs.
Tā arī nesapratu un neko neizdarīju ar epastu "check out online". Kas man tur vēl bija jādara? Es taču zinu, cikos viesiem ir izrakstīšanās/jāpamet viesnīca, ko arī izdarīju. Kur man kas bija "check out" - nezinu!
Istabiņa bija OK. Principā atbilda bildēm. Sienas paplānas, kaimiņi bija dzirdami, ieskaitot pāri, kurš laikam stāvu augstāk ļoti skaļi ap plkst 23 skaidroja savas attiecības!
Internets strādāja. TV bija.
Ieejot istabiņā, tā bija vēsa, jo uz dažiem milimetriem bija pavērts logs. Pēc tam jau piesila. Gulta biaj ok, sega silta.
SPA neizmantoju, nevaru komentēt tā kvalitāti.

Cons:

You hear everything trough the walls. Walls are paper thin. Also in the moring the cleaner was really noisy. It would ve helpful do not put the quest next to each other. It would help to reduce the noise when one amtey room is between.

Easy check in.

Cons:

There is nothing to eat around the site.
There is no staff. Only if you have an issue someone will show up. Very unpersonal.
It’s about 15 mins in Uber from City center. Given the cold, you have to take a taxi.
I dont know about the Spa I could’nt go in.

I forgot my phone and talked to Ivan the invisible “front desk” to get it back. For nearly 2 weeks he was evasive and even lied many times about the whereabouts of my phone.

It’s only when I got Booking involved and put in a claim through Booking that things got better. But I still had to wait another 2 weeks for them to send it back to me through the courrier company DPD. It finally arrived on the 11th of January, 5 weeks after the claim. So my recommendation don’t forget anything !

Puhas, mugavad voodid. Lapse jaoks toodi ekstra voodi mis oli tore. Hea asukoht. Tasuta parkimine

Cons:

Tuba ja põrandad olid kahjuks külmad, kurk jäi haigeks.

Pros:

Месторасположение, цена , оборудованная кухня. Полотенца и моещуеся средства и чисто. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный.

Cons:

Нам не понравилось состояние простыней. Простыни были в пятнах. Но при обращении к горничной ,она обьяснила что это связано с моющими веществами. Извинилась. Могли бы предупредить гостей. Очень сильная слышимость с соседних номеров.

Good and comfortable place
Pros:

I stayed during the off-peak season, and U11 accommodated my special request by providing me with an apartment without neigbors around my apartment. My stay was very pleasant and comfortable.
