Slecht personeel wat er geen zin in heeft
Pros:

De ligging is prima

Cons:

Personeel niet gast vrij geen ontbijt geen avond eten horeca sluit savonds om 21:00 uur
3 uur op het terras gezeten wordt niet gevraagd of er iemand iets wil drinken

Kleines Hotel mit Restaurant im Grünen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen versteckt, dafür war es sehr ruhig. Mein Zimmer Nr. 9 war sehr groß, komfortabel und mit viel Stauraum, ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Betten sind bequem. Schönes, großes Fenster, Holzfußboden. Am Abend habe ich einen sehr guten Salat im angeschlossenen Restaurant gegessen, die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider je ein Punktabzug für nachlässige Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad und das schlechte WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Auch das "Bed&Breakfast" Frühstück ist natürlich nicht top, aber darüber war ich vorab informiert.

Pros:

The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer und wirklich schöne Lage am Waldesrand- tolles Frühstück, gute Betten und kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Der Fluglärm in der Nacht, weil die Fenster keine gute Schalldämmung besitzen, so das man selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern bei jeder Maschine, die startet, aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird, da es für den Flughafen Köln-Bonn kein Nachtflugverbot gibt.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Handicap
Pros:

Die Lage im Tal ist sehr schön. Die Zimmerausstattung ist toll und das Ein- und Auschecken ist unkompliziert. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Ruhe wird regelmäßig durch Fluglärm gestört. Da der Ortsteil in der Einflugschneise des Köln/Bonner Flughafen liegt. Tagsüber kein Problem aber Nachts aufgrund der Tatsache das es kein Nachtflugverbot gibt etwas unangenehm. Die Restauration hatte während unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen.

Vorheriger Hinweis mit fehlendem mobilfunkEmpfang war wichtig, WLAN Empfang im Zimmer war etwas schwach (20% mit Aussetzern)
