Leider nicht so ruhig wie erwartet ...
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, schöne Einrichtung im Zimmer

Cons:

Es war laut. Durch den Namen " Waldesruh" hatten wir angenommen, es wäre im Wald und ruhig. Wald ja, Ruhe nein. Es liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Köln-Bonn. Dort landen Flieger auch nachts um drei.
Die "Schalldichten Wände" waren auch nicht so schalldicht und durch die Tür hörte man auch die anderen Gäste.
Gegen 23 Uhr entschied dann eine Nachbarin, dass sie jetzt in ihrem Auto laut Musik hören müsste. Erst nachdem ich am ihre Scheibe klopfte und mir ihre Beschwerde anhören musste, wie laut doch das Hotel sonst bei Hochzeiten sei, mache sie leiser. Da kann das Hotel nichts direkt für aber nervig war es trotzdem.
Ob der extrem unebene Boden im Zimmer an die Form des Siebengebirges angelehnt ist, wissen wir bis heute nicht.

Heerlijke kamer en bed, rustige omgeving

Cons:

Geen personeel en niemand bereikbaar met vragen.
Er wordt niet gereageerd op mail, bericht en telefoon
Zeer slechte communicatie (geen communicatie!)

Schöne Atmosphäre
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach toll und das Zimmer ist so einladend und sauber und hat eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, dazu die großen Fenster machen das Zimmer auch morgens schön hell. Endlich keine ekligen Teppichböden sondern ein gepflegter Holzboden. Badezimmer auch blitzeblank da können sich manch andere Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden

Mir gefällt es sehr, dass man in diesem Hotel alles selbständig machen kann (Einchecken, Auschecken…), das ist viel ents
Pros:

Bidet im Bad, großes Zimmer und sehr ruhige Anlage

Cons:

Es war etwas zu kalt im Zimmer, wir konnten den Temperaturregler auch gar nicht finden, um es etwas aufzuwärmen.
Ein Schuhlöffelfehlte, aber ansonsten seeeeehr positiver Eindruck von diesem Hotel!

Slecht personeel wat er geen zin in heeft
Pros:

De ligging is prima

Cons:

Personeel niet gast vrij geen ontbijt geen avond eten horeca sluit savonds om 21:00 uur
3 uur op het terras gezeten wordt niet gevraagd of er iemand iets wil drinken

Kleines Hotel mit Restaurant im Grünen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen versteckt, dafür war es sehr ruhig. Mein Zimmer Nr. 9 war sehr groß, komfortabel und mit viel Stauraum, ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Betten sind bequem. Schönes, großes Fenster, Holzfußboden. Am Abend habe ich einen sehr guten Salat im angeschlossenen Restaurant gegessen, die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider je ein Punktabzug für nachlässige Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad und das schlechte WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Auch das "Bed&Breakfast" Frühstück ist natürlich nicht top, aber darüber war ich vorab informiert.

Pros:

The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool.
