Excelente opção de hospedagem para família em Verona.
Pros:

Localização, estrutura do hotel, bom café da manhã incluído na diária, perto das principais atrações. Hotel lindo e agradável, quarto amplo e confortável.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Loved the location! We walked everywhere. Good breakfast with a nice selection of fresh food, coffee and tea. Decent sized breakfast area. Lobby had comfortable sofas/chairs. Friendly and approachable staff. Very clean room. The beds in our room were the largest and most comfortable ones that we’ve slept in during our trip around Europe!

Cons:

Elevator was on the slower side.

The location couldnt be better , very central just a short walk to many of the landmark sites

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, better fresh fruit options, improve this and the hotel should probably be 4 star in my opinion

Great choice, would revisit
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of Verona old city. The breakfast was tasty and nourishing. Room is spacious, AC doesn't try to freeze everything. All windows have blinders, so one can sleep in perfect darkness. Bed is large and comfortable. I didn't hear people from other rooms. What else can I want?

Horrible.
Cons:

We were under the assumption when booking that the apartment was located at the hotel. We had no clue we would be in a separate facility offsite. The staff acted very strangely towards us and wouldn’t hardly even help us locate where the apartment was at. When we finally got to the facility they did not give us a WiFi code even though we asked multiple times. The apartment was in an area that we did not feel safe so we ended up getting a hotel elsewhere and didn’t even end up staying. In my opinion the staffs behavior was completely unacceptable and the listing of this hotel apartment was very misleading.
