tutto perfetto, posizione, struttura camere colazione. Nessun difetto. Personale molto cordiale, colazione varia e abbondante. Il letto comodissimo e grandissimo. E' una struttura curata e pulitissima.
La posizione a due passi da piazza delle erbe, il letto enorme e comodo, la camera funzionale e spaziosa.
Il caldo eccessivo nel corridoio dell’ultimo piano, mentre al piano terra nella saletta della colazione la temperatura era bassina. La colazione, per quanto abbastanza completa, mi è sembrata avere alcune proposte non fresche (le torte e i pancake erano asciutti, non fatti quella mattina certamente).

In the heart of the historic city. Clean, recently renovated , perfect location, good breakfast, friendly staff.
I couldn’t figure out how to control temperature in the room.

The breakfast was wonderful! An abundance of choices of fresh food, great capuccino, cozy atmosphere .

Loved the location! We walked everywhere. Good breakfast with a nice selection of fresh food, coffee and tea. Decent sized breakfast area. Lobby had comfortable sofas/chairs. Friendly and approachable staff. Very clean room. The beds in our room were the largest and most comfortable ones that we’ve slept in during our trip around Europe!
Elevator was on the slower side.
The location couldnt be better , very central just a short walk to many of the landmark sites
The breakfast could be improved, better fresh fruit options, improve this and the hotel should probably be 4 star in my opinion
