Zona saune troppo rumorosa, non è hotel per relax
Davvero tutto!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, solo il passaggio di caldo/freddo fra la piscina, zona spa ecc.. e i corridoi, un po’ freschetto

Bella struttura, pulita, moderna
Acqua della piscina fredda, impossibile rilassarsi in spa causa accesso illimitato a famiglie con bambini che si tuffavano dal bordo piscina, urlavano, mangiavano e bevevano in piscina, dal rumore che c'era non si riusciva nemmeno a parlare.....tutto tranne relax!!! Sembrava di stare allo stadio!
Avevo chiesto se il pass comprendesse anche l'accesso alle funivie e via mail mi era stato risposto in maniera affermativa, arrivo in hotel e scopro che comprende solo i mezzi pubblici....mah!! Molta confusione in generale... Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella.
Pulizia, qualità della struttura nel suo complesso (camera, bar, ristorante, centro benessere, piscina) e del cibo, accoglienza, camere... tutto stupendo e non desidererei nulla di più.
Peccato per 2 elementi: stando nella parte esterna della piscina, da fermo avevo freddo e avrei gradito una temperatura più alta, si è costretti a nuotare per scaldarsi e stare bene fuori (comprendo però che almeno che una struttura si trovi sotto una fonte d'acqua termale I prezzi per il riscaldamento della piscina a temperature come 35-37 gradi siano immani) ; per esperienza in altri hotel che sono stato, il giorno del checkout, una volta liberata la stanza mi è sempre stato permesso di usufruire ancora del centro benessere. In questo caso l'hotel chiudeva per ferie, ma a prescindere l'orario di apertura della spa sarebbe alle 14 e non potrei usufruirne a priori, mentre solo la piscina sta aperta la mattina.
