Sauberes und stylisches Apartment. Schöner Wohnbereich mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Küche, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine alles da zum Leben. Dieses Apartment kann man aufjedenfall für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen. In der Straße hat man direkte Anbindung in die Stadt. Rewe, Lidl, Bäckerei Kiosk und Essen laden alles in der Straße zur Fuß direkt erreichbar.

Cons:

Ein zwei Abnutzungsspuren, aber nichts dreckig oder kaputt das nicht.

Akzeptabel für eine Nacht, Abfluss in der Dusche muss überprüft werden
Pros:

Die Lage ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr praktisch und die Unterkunft ist ordentlich und sauber. Für eine oder maximal zwei Nächte ist es gut geeignet, da der Raum recht klein ist.

Cons:

Der Abfluss in der Dusche leitet das Wasser nicht richtig ab, sodass es sich selbst bei kurzer Nutzung staut und auf den Badezimmerboden sowie in den Außenbereich läuft. Wir mussten ein Handtuch auslegen, damit sich das Wasser nicht weiter ausbreitet. Wir haben den Gastgeber umgehend über den Chat informiert, damit die Sanitäranlagen überprüft werden können.

Pros:

Check in facile e veloce, il codice è arrivato poco prima del nostro arrivo. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Bagno grande e anche una bella doccia imponente. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio nei dintorni senza troppa difficoltà.

Cons:

Il problema di questa struttura è che è un po' trasandata: i mobili sono sbeccati, rovinati e non c'è una sensazione di particolare igiene. Il balcone presenta l'unico posto dove sedersi a mangiare qualcosa (un tavolino e due sedie), ma è molto sporco, abbiamo trovato un posacenere che probabilmente non è mai stato pulito. Ho provato a farmi un caffè la mattina, ma una delle panne in dotazione per il caffè era diventata solida (non ho voluto rischiare). In dotazione solo due bustine di bagnoschiuma (due adulti, due notti).
Sono due camere in affitto sullo stesso piano, bisogna avere fortuna che i vicini non siano rumorosi come i nostri. La stanza è molto piccola, ma per due notti è accettabile

Wouldn't recommend - host does not react at all
Cons:

Apartment host does not react at all. I haven't received an invoice after dozens of emails. You cannot reach them via phone. Apartment was shabby.

Insgesamt ein gutes Zimmer mit einem fairen Preis und allem Wichtigen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir würden wiederkomm

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gab Kaffee, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch der kleine Balkon war sehr schön und praktisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut.

Cons:

Nachts war es draußen leider ziemlich laut, sodass das Schlafen etwas schwierig war. Außerdem gab es keinen Haartrockner, was etwas unpraktisch war.

Dass wir nichts ins Zimmer kamen und im
Auto schlafen mussten. Der Türcode ging nicht und niemand war nachts erreichbar telefonisch und auch nicht tagsüber.Es gab keine Entschädigung, nur die Erstattung des Zimmerpreises.
