Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel, an amazing place to stay at. It you're visiting Bali its definitely worth going to the north for the beaituful views. Felt like a piece of paradise. Extremely relaxing, with very kind and attentive staff. Would definitely suggest a massage in the Balinese rainforest, I had Rosa and I have never been so relaxed

La vue superbe, jungle, chute d’eau, singes, bugalow Joglo magnifique avec bois sculpté

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant manquant d’entretien. Il est annoncé comme 5* ce n’est pas le cas. Moisissures sur la baignoire, cuvette toilettes tachée,Serviettes tachées gel douche vide jamais ré-remplis petit déjeuné décevant pour ce type d’établissement

Pros:

This resort is situated on a beautiful gorge with a magnificent view. That alone makes it special. But the entire layout, the rooms, and the large pool are also beautiful.
We had a beautiful, very large traditional room, a "joglo" (traditional Javanese house) with stunning wood carvings everywhere, right on the gorge (beautiful views again) near the pool and the restaurant. Fantastic! Little sitting area inside as well on the terrace outside.
The bed was a large king-size and very comfortable. The spacious bathroom could use a makeover, but was perfectly functional.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff; all very sweet, friendly, and helpful people!
The restaurant offers a (not too extensive) menu, and the food was excellent. With a better, more extensive wine selection it would be absolutely perfect.
This resort is highly recommended.
