Lafayette Hotel

The hotel is a short distance from Gare du Nord and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The room was very compact, featuring just a bed and shower, which made it a bit challenging to manage noise levels. The pillows were uncomfortable, additionally, the shower glass door was dangerous, as it would hit the washstand when opened, but the double-sized bed was in good condition.This hotel is best suited for a solo one-night stay, particularly on Friday or Saturday nights.

Très bon accueil du réceptionniste en fin d'après-midi, un peu moins de la part de celui de la nuit...
Sinon le chambre était propre et plutôt bien équipée

A bit disappointed. I found hair on my sheets on the first day. My door was left unlocked after cleaning, good thing nothing was missing. Location wise its very convenient cos its near Gare du Nord. Staff were approachable. It has a few convenience stores as well.

ma chambre était située en face de la réception donc très bruyant , et rez de chaussée sur la rue pas d'aération possible pendant un séjour très chaud . rideaux tirés durant tout le séjour à cause du vis à vis extérieur

Overall it was just an average hotel in good proximity to the station. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets weren’t particularly clean, nor was the shower. The staff were amenable and I can’t fault the service.

Bathroom should have a shower "wall" to block water from spraying into other parts of bathroom. It would be nice to have small refrigerator and microwave in personal room although "community" appliances were provided in another area of Hotel.

Room was on ground floor at street level, right next to reception. Room was basic. Bed not that comfortable. Bathroom had a handheld shower with a seat for someone with a disability, which neither of us are. Shower drain was a bit stinky and smelt out whole room. No kettle in room. Bedding a little out of date. Staff were friendly.
We did opt for cheapest option, so May recommend paying slightly more for better room.
Would I stay here again, probably not.

Ok hotel til pengene. Meget koldt og lidt beskidt. En del støj fra vejen og omkringliggende værelser. Hvis man ikke er sart og bare leder efter et billigt værelse i Paris er det godt og ligger 2 min fra en metro.

Je me déplace régulièrement pour mon travail.
La salle de bains est minuscule, le lavabo est un lave mains qu’on trouve habituellement dans des toilettes...
J’ai payé la taxe de séjour en arrivant, mais impossible d’avoir une facture.
La literie est correcte, quoique les oreillers sont particulièrement dur.
L’emplacement est bruyant, mais le quartier en général l’est.
