Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 min zum Domplatz; Restaurant Lira im Haus ist ein Erlebnis, hoch qualitative Produkte, super angerichtet, ein Geschmackserlebnis. Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommend, alles passte perfekt

Cons:

Wij verbleven onlangs 1 nacht in dit hotel, de factuur van Booking.com was een totaalbedrag van €108 maar achteraf zien we dat er €122 van onze rekening werd afgetrokken. De afrekening van de extra kosten ter plaatse - want we huurden een standplaats - werd na het ontbijt betaald aan de receptie dus moest er niets meer extra betaald worden. Het is verontrustend dat dit hotel zomaar hogere bedragen afneemt van de rekening zonder dat je er zelf vat op hebt. Via de chat van Booking.com en via verschillende mails heb ik rechtstreeks het hotel gecontacteerd voor meer uitleg maar ik krijg op niets reactie...

OTTIMA SCELTA!
Pros:

Camera pulita e comoda, arredata in stile contemporaneo con cura. Colazione buona e servita all'interno del ristorante La Lira che offre una bella atmosfera! Il bagno in camera è cieco ma la ventilazione funziona bene. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro storico e i punti di interesse di Biella.

Cons:

Il box doccia non si chiudeva bene, ho segnalato la cosa e quindi niente di irreparabile: sono certo che sistemeranno il tutto a breve e nel modo più adeguato. Essendo la cucina direttamente collegata al vano scale gli odori del cibo si sentono nell'androne comune: suggerisco di arieggiare una volta al giorno aprendo le finestre del vano scale! Non devo segnalare grossi difetti, l'hotel è all'altezza delle aspettative!
