Belle chambre
Pros:

Jolie chambre moderne , literie confortable, trés propre, malgré la tranche horaire d'arrivée nous avons ete recu par une dame trés sympa qui nous a remis les clés.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il fallais sortir de l hotel pour le petit déjeuner et qu'il n'y ai pas de buffet, mais sinon nous avons eu ce qu'il fallais.

Pros:

Прекрасний маленький готельчик в якісь історичній будівлі. Дуже лояльний персонал за що всім величезна подяка. Абсолютно з усіма проханнями йшли нам на зустріч. Окремо хочу похвалити сніданки, це було неперевершено і воно точно того вартує, щоб бронювати зі сніданком. Готель знаходиться близько до кількох парків, дуже сподобалось погуляти по райончику там. Якщо буде ще раз потреба зупинитись десь в тому регіоні, не вагаючись оберу цей готель!

Cons:

Відсутні приписані до готелю паркомісця, але вже в кількох хвилинах ходьби від готелю, на сусідній вулиці, є безкоштовний паркінг.

Pros:

L'albergo è degli stessi proprietari del ristorante "La Lira" che consiglio vivamente ed è situato proprio di fianco allo stesso ristorante. La struttura è molto recente e le camere sono belle, ordinate e ben arredate.

Soggiorno molto confortevole

Il personale molto gentile, lo stabile in cui si trova molto bello. La nostra camera sembrava nuova di zecca e pulitissima.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non mi piace è la scelta della moquette come pavimento in camera.

Posizione centralissima, hotel e camera ben arredata e pulitissima. Staff gentile e pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste . Lo consiglio e se dovessi ritornare a Biella ci tornerei molto volentieri

Veramente mi è piaciuto tutto ma se devo trovare un piccolo neo…. mancava lo scopino nel bagno. Per il resto tutto bene

La posizione e la pulizia!

Cons:

Abbiamo passato tutta la notte ad alzare ed abbassare il quadro elettrico perché saltava continuamente la corrente,avendo già scollegato il frigo appena arrivati perché sembrava fosse quello il problema dalla ragazza della reception!quindi niente frigo ,ne aria condizionata ne prese della corrente! struttura bella ma un buon elettricista ci vorrebbe!
