Best balcony view facing the river and I enjoyed the morning and night view. Staff communicated well and fast response.
Pros:

Balcony view, washer but unfortunately not working for our case. Staff responded very fast and promptly, they offered to wash our clothes. Easy to checked-in /out.

Cons:

No elevator, need to climb stair with luggage. Beds are too soft, when adult lying near the edge of the bed it will roll down. Unfortunately, washer spoiled and we got informed the day when we checked-in. Window seal at the bedroom not so good, people sleeping near the window can feel the cold air but the bedroom has heated/aircon.

Perfect Family Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location
Pros:

I stayed in Apartment 301 and was very happy with the accommodation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and having a washer and dryer made our stay so convenient—especially for a family with three kids.

The location is excellent, close to both Asakusa Station (with direct access to the Narita Airport train) and Kuramae Station.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating. They helped me adjust my booking dates and also arranged luggage storage when I arrived early and left late.

Truly satisfied with this stay and would happily return!

Great Asakusa stay
Pros:

The view of the river and skytree was fantastic from the fourth floor. Comfy beds, Aircon, plenty of electrical outlets, Netflix/youtube, wifi, inhouse washer/dryer, kitchen and utensils. Love the little vacuum cleaner , super nifty and powerful. Suitable for family of 4.

Cons:

Washing machine emitted some odour when not used.
Mould build up just outside the shower area despite efforts to air out (we were there for 6 days).
Be weary, there are no lifts and up to 5 levels with the lowest apartment floor on level 3.

Fantastic, great location and quiet!
Pros:

This was a great stay! The location was perfect, not only close to attractions but also train station. We loved the quiter lication/feel yet closeness to everything. And there was no better way then finishing the day on the balcony over looking the river and sky tree.

Cons:

We stayed 6 nights, a clean/service would have been appreciated

Great stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The apartman is very nice, all white and clean, quite small but we are not living in it, just staying for a few days and thats ok. Everything you need is there, even very nice view from the balcony over the river to the Sky Tree. Apartman is close to the metro station about 5 min on each side which is very convenient. If I come again I would stay here, no reason to change it:-)))
And checkin in was so easy and the last they, they were so nice to us and let us check out bit later cos we were at the skytree that morning and wouldnt finish before ten. Thanx a lot for that.

晴空塔變幻色彩很繽紛，只可惜每晚回去的時候，幾乎都熄燈了
Pros:

無敵的河景
交通方面，到地鐵站很近
房內就有洗衣機，洗脫烘很方便

Cons:

洗澡的浴室太擁擠了
床邊的窗戶並非是氣密窗
所以外面的車流、救護車聲音、交談聲都非常大聲，很吵雜
