深夜２時に地震のアラームが鳴って暫くしたら宿から「避難の必要がありません」とメッセージが来て親切だと思いました。
比較的綺麗で２泊を気持ちよく過ごせました！
階段が狭いこと、食器類はあるがキッチンペーパーやラップ等の消耗品はゴミ袋だけだった。
ティファールのポットがあったが乾燥されていなかったためニオイが出ていた。
床に髪の毛が何人か落ちていた。
Great location right next to the river in Asakusa
No elevator, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a hassle. The bathroom setup was also a downgrade — instead of one larger shower area, there were two tiny stand-up showers that felt cramped.”

Świetny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, sporo miejsca na rozłożenie bagaży. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko Senso-ji i stacji metra, z których można dojechać do różnych zakątków Tokio. Piękny widok na rzekę i wieżę Sky Tree. Bardzo wygodnie zorganizowana łazienka, osobno toaleta, prysznic i umywalka, dzięki czemu jednocześnie trzy osoby mogły korzystać z tych pomieszczeń. Polecam!
Wąska i dość stroma klatka schodowa bez windy - my byliśmy tylko z plecakami, więc nie było problemu, ale osoby z walizkami miały problem z wniesieniem ich na górę. Jednak I tak uważam, że warto tu zamieszkać.
Perfect location with amaziiing view on Sumida river and Tokyo SkyTree! We enjoyed our stay, every evening seeting on the balcony with beautuful view. Hotel is close to Asakusa attractions, several shops and restorants, also very close to metro station with very good conections to other Tokyo parts.. The location is very quiet and peaceful.
Little bit small apartment for family of four.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood and by the river with good view. It's also close to Asakusa station (8-10 min walk). The facility is old but clean. Overall the value (price, location, and family size) is good for Tokyo.
The room area is sizable for Japanese standard, but the overall layout (e.g. bathroom sink, kitchen table) is highly inefficient. There was no space to walk when we laid out luggages. If they had used bunk beds, the room would be much more spacious.
There's no elevator (expected), so carrying luggages to the 5th floor was quite a work out (all rooms are 3rd floor to 5th floor). If you have a family with heavy or several pieces of luggage, I do not recommend this place. If you travel light, it offers good value. There's no staff and no luggage storage, so if you check out, you need to bring luggage with you to store it elsewhere.
Perfeito, tudo exatamente do jeito que precisava, a máquina de lavar foi essencial. Ia me hospedar em um hostel mas se provou muito melhor me hospedar aqui. Fica a 4 minutos da entrada da estação de metrô. O bairro é maravilhoso.

I really enjoyed my stay at your property. The view was very relaxing, the location was excellent, and it was easy to reach everywhere by metro. It was also very close to markets and shopping areas, which made everything very convenient. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
Me encanto el apartamento, el barrio de Asakusa esta muy bien, es tranquilo, bonito, seguro. El alojamiento esta a 5 min del metro muy bien comunicada, hay un templo espectacular a 15 min a pie, la terraza tiene unas vista increibles al río y a la torre (Sky Tree). La ubicación inmejorable. Nos permitieron dejar antes la maletas y dejarlas también el día que nos ibamos.
Todo muy limpio y bien equipado, un apartamento super luminoso con buenas vistas.
No tiene ascensor y las llaves son por código, no hay personal. Pero todo muy bien organizado, ningún problema, y te responden de la misma por el mail.

Location was great and view, but it doesn't have elevators and you have to climb narrow stairs. Everything tinny "Japan life"
Nice and close to multiple train station.
No staff or cleaning service, even though we stayed for 10 days. Climbing the 4 levels of stairs is also a mission if you have kids. I requested assistance on the day of check-out at 08:30; unfortunately, no one was available to assist.
The location is the only good thing about it and the river view.
No elevator. Mould in the bathroom. Uncomfortable towels. No tea towels or bath mats. You have to sort out your own rubbish and dispose of it. No reception either, even though there is a room on the second floor and a picture displayed.
Everything you need, good location and super clean. Everything done in a really thoughtful way.
The beds were SO comfy! We've been to Japan many times and always struggle with firm beds. I slept like a baby. The apartment was small but exactly what we needed to rest our heads at night. Location was great, awesome view of the river and walking distance to subway stops and main attractions. Host was very responsive when we had any questions! I was traveling myself with my two kids and it was perfect.
Be aware that this is a small apartment-type building, nothing fancy, with no elevator. For us thats no problem but we had to do many trips up the 4 flights of stairs to get our baggage up and down! Again we didn't mind because we are pretty fit but it might be hard for some.Theres no lobby or reception area or breakfast, nothing like that. Basic, affordable and very comfy!
