Personal nicht so fließend in englisch
The rooms are clean and spacious. The gym and pool staff are very good. The front desk lady in black suit is terrible - she essentially only wants to push you away without any useful attempt to help. I was inquiring the Bonvoy point questions but was turned away super unfriendly.

We have Platinum status so free breakfast and exec lounge.
The lounge cam get crowded and filled with passive aggressive guests, which I tough on the staff, but they manage well. Peggy in particular was very patient with my son who was practicing his Chinese language skills. She was very accommodating and we appreciate her attentiveness. The hotel is lucky to have her on the staff.
I would recommend the hotel.
The room
Nobody speaks English even the managers, food horrible, cannot eat western food in the restaurants all day, only room service that is very slow and quality horrible; swimming pool closed, heating system in the hotel public areas not working….
It's a great location as it's close to a residential area and easy access to old town. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and beautiful room. We were very happy to stay in this hotel for 6 days. And we enjoyed to invite friends for breakfast too.
I have traveled several times to Yinchuan for the past 4 years on business. Each time, I stayed at JW Marriott. The experiences were wonderful giving the competitive price and the luxury service I enjoied. The lounge's view toward the HeLan Mountain is extortionary. attached the pic| photoed at the lounge.

Lounge is good as well, good configuration not crowded, nice staff “Peggy Ma” with sweet smile and service .
Afternoon teatime set is good for lady. Food is good also, the only problem is less choice of alcohol drinks.
The Executive Lounge at the JW Marriott Yinchuan offers not only top-notch amenities but also a stunning view of Helan Mountain. A special shoutout to Peggy, whose attentive service and warm hospitality made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommend for a luxurious and serene escape!

Good hotel, very much convenience location to everywhere in city. People are nice and friendly. Pretty new. Only one thing to highlight is to improve English speaking staff number. Restaurants only open in weekend and holidays. Room bit hot
