Very clean hotel, very attentive and Taryn went beyond expectations, I came to Amarillo, to the Palo Duro Canyon for hiking, I drove from Dallas 6.30 hours I was tired and I got to the hotel 9:45am I was tired and I had to wait till 3pm to check in but, her understood the situation and got my room ready by 11am I’m really grateful for the effort I took a nap that i need before I headed to hiking. I recommend this hotel the atmosphere and attention was more then a 100% customer care, definitely I will go back and staying any time

Cons:

You have a pool but no towels in the pool area. We asked for towels and were given bath mats. We chose the hotel for the cleanliness and the pool.

It was a Great stay!
Pros:

Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel that is very clean and very spacious. It was much nicer than some of the Embassy Suites that we have stayed in. The breakfast was well worth the extra charge that we paid when we booked. Always add breakfast when you book and you will save. It is very convenient to I -40.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Cons:

Could not access WiFi. You have to be a member of the club to access WiFi I guess. Limited TV access also unless you’re a member of the club.😞

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Nicely decorated and spacious room with a great shower and bed. Check-in was easy. Wish I had made it to breakfast but we slept through it, the bed was great.

Cons:

Wish breakfast went a little longer and that they provided you with a couple bottles of water in your fridge for coffee.
