一人だったら普通に使える。
Pros:

広さと清潔感、駅から近い。

Cons:

ロケーション、子供達と宿泊。繁華街の為深夜でも大声で叫ぶ声などが聞こえてくる。土日に宿泊したので、土曜日の深夜は特にうるさかったです。後、２日目Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなってました。

可もなく不可もなく。
Pros:

羽田空港直通の駅まで徒歩5分程度かつJR線まで徒歩10分程度である点。コンビニも近くにあるのでアクセス面は便利でした。

Cons:

他の方のレビューでもありましたが、下水が詰まっているのか臭いです。換気しても匂いはずっと残りました。
それから周囲にクラブがあるのか、重低音と大きな会話や笑い声がが朝まで響いていました。アクセスはいいですが治安は悪いです。

Pros:

マンションのワンルームを借りているようで、2泊だったので外食続きだと飽きてしまうので、キッチンやフライパン、食器、レンジがあるため近くのドン・キホーテで簡単な食材を購入し、一人暮らしサイズの冷蔵庫も使用出来るので簡単な朝食を作って食べることができました！調味料は置いてないため持参が必要。洗濯は洗剤を持参しましたが、洗剤コーナーに水色の液体が入っていたのでそれが使えたのだと思います。洗濯物干しはありました！

Cons:

まずメールが文字化けしてくるので、こちらからもその事をメールで送っていましたが、文字化けでしか返ってこない。サイトに記載のある電話も使用されていない通じないもので、入館の際困りました。ホテル入口付近にQRコードがあり、そこから検索し電話することはでき、口頭で入館パスワードと部屋入室のためのパスワードを聞きメモをしてなんとか入れました。日本人ではない方が対応して下さいましたが慣れているようで説明は上手でした。きっとよくあるのだと思います。文字化け対応はきちんと直した方がいいと思います。また、フライパン等はギトギトが付いていたりして洗剤とスポンジはあったので洗い直してからの使用となりました。
玄関はあり、小上がりになっているため部屋内は靴下や裸足で過ごしましたがスリッパがなかったので気になりました。
